There was a case a while back where a guy was jailed for putting a modified cell phone on a girls car he was stocking. He got caught when he was trying to change the battery. If it wasn't okay for him then why for the police or government. Its my car! What gives them the right to mess with it or attach something to it. Its my property! Oh well....I guess I can finally stock that guy that was eyeing my wife the other night. I just use one of my old phones and modify it as well.

The biggest problem with everything you have said is that you must ignore the fact the the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is regulated by temperature, not the other way around. This can even be seen in the charts used by Gore. Temperature went up first then the CO2 followed. Temperature went down then CO2 followed.......Wait .....temperature went down and CO2 went down. This has happened at least twice in recent history: after the roman and midevil warming periods. Its also interesting to not that temperatures fell at the beginning of the industrial revolution. If one looks at the actual amount that humans contribute to the input of CO2 it is insignificant and even if we stopped all production we would have an almost un-noticable effect. This, of course is increased by the fact that scientist don't know why CO2 dropped and why they aren't finding the amount of CO2 now that there should be. NASA is planning on using satelites to find the Missing CO2. CO2 is also the smallest contributor to the greenhouse effect. In addition, all these horrible things that are supposed to happen are prediction in which the computers only use 8 factors out of over 100 known factors which effect global temperatures. In fact, the margin of error for the simple finding the average temperature of the earth is 5%. That margin of error actually is larger than the supposed increase. What accounts for the drop in temperature over the past few year? The release of CO2 hasn't dropped and, once again, where is what should be there according to our predictions? Also, if you look back in history we didn't even hit the high temperatures of the midevil and roman warming periods. So lets call it climate change.....well thats what the climate does....it changes.... thats normal. That means things are fine. People like to point to natural disasters to say things are getting worse. Well, lets remember that most are measured in the amount of damage done to humans. This means that if there is knowone effected that its not measured as as big a storm as one that kills a bunch of people. In the past with populations being smaller in areas and no media to publisize it comparisons to the past are hard. However, there are past events that far outweigh the recent. There is no real recent comparison to Mt. Vesuvius in the amount of damage and the fact it completely barried a huge roman city. What about the year without a summer which was a volcanic caused winter during summer. What about the dust bowl. In oklahoma peoples homes were barried in dust and they died trapped. there was so much dust poeple died from breathing it. There were plagues of insects during the dust bowl. During the dust bowl the average temp about 112 degrees. I could go on and on about disaster in history. Its normal. Its what happens on our planet. We can't control it. We don't really even know how it all works yet we are going to keep third world countries from advancing to reduce CO2 and we are going to slowly destroy our soceity and take peoples freedoms to reduce CO2 emission which will ultimately have no effect. Using other animals in the arguement brakes down at the point in which you introduced the "characteristics of humanity". Once the egg is furtilized it has the DNA of a human. If certain things don't happen right now you will not survive. Does that make you any less human? People die. When it happens naturally its not homicide because knowone actively caused it. Do hospitals fall under mass genocide? Thats the difference between abortion vs. the "natural process". An abortion is forcing death whether its through actively killing or through taking away its ability to live (just as people could take away your or others ability to live by not providing what is needed to sustain life).

The real point is that that is actually in conflict with other law that were already established as well as the right to LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Because, if you read my earlier post, the law says that its murder and you are taking way the unalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness. Its that simple.

She agrees 100% and we have discussed it. She would also have to be knocked unconsious and I have even talked to her and demonstrated how to defend herself in such situation as sadly we know someone who was jumped and the guy tried to rape her but was fought off even though she was hospitalized for her injuries. One more question: Who is more compasionate, the person who allows the killing of children so people can go about thier lives uneffect or the person who defends freedom and life for all?

And just in case people still don't get it...since the original question asked if it was okay in cases of rape: An innocent child should not die because someone else did a horrible thing! The only person that should be punished is the rapist and not the innocent child. In case you still don't get it. If my wife was raped I would become the most vigilant person ever in making sure the rapist was brought to justice!!!! but the child would be loved and taken care of like any other child!!! It is an innocent life no matter what the situation is and to kill it no matter what the situation is wrong. The law even recongizes this, as stated earlier, and to make abortion, for any reason, legal is in conflict with the laws and the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness.

Yea, birth control is not 100% effective......so. People know this and still take the risk. Answer why an innocent person should die for that. We take the risk to skydive. Is it acceptable that someone should be put to death so that we don't have to face the risk of skydiving? No, we choose to take the risk for the enjoyment and must live with the consequences whatever they may be. It also doesn't change the laws in regards to murder as I explained earlier. What does it matter what I do? It doesn't change the fact of the law or life. And how dare you make such accusations. You don't know how much I donate and to what and I am not going to sit here and try to justify myself to you! You don't know what I am involved in or what I do with my time! You don't know what decisions my new wife and I have had about adoption. You don't know all the wonderful children we spend time with and love us as we love them! How dare you try to point the finger at me and try to make me out as the bad person when you know nothing of my life and my decision in order to protect people who kill children! Which is really worse, someone who kills a child (whether through poisoning the mother or other means) or someone who doesn't volunteer? Even if such a person volunteers no time or gives no money or anything that doesn't make them bad! They have the freedom and the right to do what they want with thier money! Who is more selfish, the person who keeps thier money they worked hard for and takes care of thier family first, or the person who kills an unborn child so they don't have to live with the choices they made and so they can continue to go about thier lives and do whatever they want instead of being responsible for the life of someone else?

The second amendment was really intended to give the power to the people by making the people a threat to the government should it become oppresive. If the people are armed then they can fight back. Unarm the people and they can't fight back. Its that simple. We must also realize that we actually have very few real freedoms. We have the freedom of speech right......well, as long as its not "hate speech" (which covers just about anything if you want it to). We have to freedom to assembly.....as long as you get a permit from the government. You have the right to bare arms.....as long as you have a permit from the government. thats not freedom. Its like putting an animal in a cage and proclaiming, "Your free! Your free! You can go where ever you want!" Yet the animal is in a cage! The government is there to protect us against others....not ourselves. I should have the right to make mistakes and screw myself up if I want (as long as I don't infringe on the rights of others). When are we going to stand up for our freedoms and rights and quit relying on the goverment to fix all our problems! Big government doesn't work. It never has and this country was established to get away from big government. Take responsibility for yourselves...your mistakes and your successes and quit worrying about everyone else and how its not fair that someone should make more than you.....WHEN THEY WORK HARD FOR IT! We are free and that means we are free to be rich or poor!

This issue is very simple. It really comes down to two things: 1. An innocent person should not be put to death because someone else made a mistake whether it was a man that raped someone of a teen who didn't take precausions. 2. We are supposed to be free and have unalienable rights of LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness. Abortion takes away the right of life whether you believe that life starts later or not you are depriving someone or someone to be of life, thus it is murder. People will argue they these unborn children are not alive because they can't live outside the mother or its not murder because they just weren't given the things they need. Well, if I took you out of this environment and put you in space is that not murder? If someone is paralized and not given food by thier provider is that not murder? People say that the real question is when life begins. Well, that has already been answered by the current laws. If I murder a woman and it can be proven she was pregnant, in any stage of pregnancy, I am tried for the murder of two people. In fact, there was a recent case in alaska where a man was convicted of killing an unborn child by secretly feeding the mother some sort of posion which killed the baby. He caused the abortion of a child and that is considered murder by the law. Well, the mother didn't want an abortion thats the difference right.....If its murder to kill a child what should it matter what anybody wants? And why shouldn't the father have the right to make that sort of decision? Why is the mother the only one? So she carries the child the father is still held responsible and must pay child care. If he is partly responsible then he should have a say. Its her body right.....except it doesn't have the same DNA as her body so it can't be. And if its murder in one case then its murder in all cases. How does whether someone wants an innocent child to live or not determine whether its murder or not. To allow abortion is to say that not all human life is has the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness and to kill a child is in conflict with the law! There is no way around it.

How about loyalty to the constitution. I would say the united states but the reality is the states are what is supposed to make up and give the federal government its power in the first place. They are, in essence, the same thing. The proble is the federal government doesn't, and hasn't for a long time, followed the constitution. This is the ultimate issue. I am loyal to the united states as government by the constitution but that statement ultimately excludes the current federal government!

Whether you do it with food or smoke or fast with skydiving its your choice and mine! We are supposed to be in a free country!!! So maybe they cost the government some money in health care..... whats the government doing involved in healthcare in the first place and, guess what, technically they payed with their taxes for it so why can't they use it. The if the government saves it that area its not giong to be so they can give it back to us.... they will just use it to fund something else.....maybe acorn or to someone who won't work. (and for those who think I may be harsh on those who grew up and are still living on welfare, God himself said, through his apostle, "that if any would not work, neither should he eat.") If I want to be fat then I should have the freedom to be fat. I am supposed to have the right to the pursuit of happiness and if that is what make me happy, without enfringing on the rights of others, then I should have the right to do that!

This is really being said by socialists and communists!

There is a reason that people come to the united states for medical care....because its one of if not the best in the world....why? Because its not nationalized. Look at nations with nationalized health care. Its crap! The bill in the supposed "stimulus package" set up a system which medical care is determined for each individual by a goverment board just like in the UK. Well in the UK health board decreed that elderly patients with macular degeneration had to wait until they went blind in one eye before they could get a costly new drug to save the other eye. It took almost three years of public protests before the board reversed its decision. That sound like a good idea? Why can people not see that its been tried and doesn't work! We didn't get to be the great nation we are through socialism but freedom and capitalism!!!! I want the United States of America not the Federaly Controlled States of Socialism! How is it that people don't know world history enough or even current affairs enough to know what works and what doesn't. Why model ourselves after a failing system! The way things are going we mind as well go live under Chavez! If you don't want freedom...if you don't want the Constitution....Capitalism...etc. then there are plenty of other communist and socialist countries out there for you. Leave and go to them and leave this nation alone! If socialism is so great then go to the socialist countries but don't try to make this one into one! Its unconstitutional! It is against everything this country was founded on and everything this country was designed to prevent in a government! If you think we are going to fail because of our free and capitalist ways....fine! Leave and let us fail but don't go against the founding documents of this country! In fact it is socialism that got us into this economic mess in the first place. The current government claims its the banks fault for giving out too many loans but then turns around and says we have to get the banks to start giving out more loans to get the economy to recover. What? Did they also forget that years ago the banks weren't giving out as many loans so the government stepped in to make the banks give out more loans! The banks tried to forclosure on homes people had defaulted on so the government stepped in and said they could forclose on them because of all these poor helpless people the government told the banks to give loans to because the government would protect the banks with insurance but then when the time comes they don't protect the banks but the people that lied and said they would pay back the money but didn't! Nationalization and socialization is a failure and is what brought us to this point and is sure not going to fix it!

And otheres are just as strongly opposed to the misguided and unscientific notion that everything just happened without a cause.....that chaos resulted in order....etc. Besides if you don't beleive that something created the universe then the only result is that something came from nothing...which is inescapable when even big bang scientist believe and show that the universe has a finite existance...a beginning. The real issue here is freedom of speech and the reality is that atheists are organized and fight against religion as well yet that is deamed acceptable. Ever heard of these organizations: American Atheists, American Humanist Association, Atheist Alliance International, Council for Secular Humanism, the Humanist Institute, Institute for Humanist Studies, Internet Infidels, National Secular Society, Minnisota Atheist, New Humanist, Secular Coalition for America....there is even an organization that simply calls themselves NO GOD. When you get right down to it the school system is in as much a fight against religion as this guy is with atheisism. Ever heard of the National Center for Science Education. The moto is defending the teaching of evolution in public schools. If someone wants to teach the scientific problems with evolution just give them a call and they will stamp them out! Oh...sorry..I thought atheist weren't organized. And so what if they are this is supposed to be a free country, athiest can speak out against non-atheist and visa versa! But to completely remove one or the other or restrict one or the other on any basis of belief is wrong and unconstitutional! And guess what...you have the right to be offended....and I have to right to offend you. This whole idea that if something offends someone or some group then they must not be allowed to speek is wrong and unconstitutional. I have to right to offend anyone I want no matter how wrong it is...thats freedom. The moment we start resticting freedom based on how people FEEL about one thing or another then we are no longer free. The reality is that we have already lost that freedom long ago in the united states and we continue to loose what little we have left.

What was he thinking???? Well, he hasn't been thinking for some time now. He said he would take a stand against earmarks yet the supposed "stimulus" was one giant earmark and the day after he said he would take a stand again to reduce our deficit he sign another bill with 8600 earmarks. He passes a stimulas bill as fast as possible because "something has to be done now" and then says things will get worse. Then what was that stimulus bill about? He won't raise taxes now because it will hurt the economy but he plans on raising taxes and is raising taxes on the supposed wealthy, who have to hire people to support thier supposed greed, after admitting it will hurt the economy. Theirs another AIG Bailout....but it was bush's fault?? Have we forgotten that the democrats controlled the senate and house while bush was in office. Have we forgotten that it was the democrats that stop the oversight that others wanted to place on companies like AIG to now point back at those same people and say "why wasn't thier oversight?" And what about all this transparency? How are you being transparent with all these secrets? And why should I have to be punished for being responsible with my money and those who were irresponsible rewarded?!?!?! Why would I be better off defaulting on my loan so I can get tax dollars to pay for my house? Tax dollars taken from those who have worked hard for what they have and were responsible! Obama is so concerned about global warming yet he flies across the US to sign his stimulus bill in front of a failing company while critizing other businesses for flying thier jets places. On top of that he has to have the whitehouse at 85 degrees while the rest of us must cut back to save energy. I thought global warming would make it warm enough. He's going to put science in its "rightful place" yet ignores the 650 scientist who have and continue to speak out against the supposed "concesus" about global warming. They continue to use and support an agency which has be proven to falsify thier data on the warming of the planet twice! If I keep going my head might explode so I am going to stop thier. And if you don't know what I am talking about please take the time to educate yourself instead of being spoon feed everything and then think it an acceptable excuse to point back at the media because they didn't tell you everything. This is a free country and that means you have the freedom to educate yourself so use it as we may not always have that freedom.

Evolutionary theory is more dogma than science. People are told its a proven fact and not to question it. Why not question it if its a proven fact.....because its not a proven fact and does not actually follow the rules of science. If people question it they find the holes and flaws so they are told not to. When true science is conducted evolution fails miserably. No one can explain how a irreducibly complex mechanism can form. According to the rules of evolution a cell with a non working flagella will be eliminated due to survival of the fittest. The flagella must form all at one time (not to mention that mutations are supposed to be the cause of evolution but mutations are not passed to the child organism). Another example would be how is a half bird half lizard more adapt? It can run as fast as a lizard or fly.....therefore it is eliminated. Evolution is in conflict with its own rules and therefore cannot stand. Any debate based on evolution is worthless as evolutions base, on which everything is standing, is false. It like saying if A=4 then A+1+2+3=10 but A does not equal 4 so the whole equation fails as it is reliant on A equaling 4. Evolution has not be observed or experimented with in the lab (if you don't know why this is important look up what the scientific method is) and therefore is not scientific. What little is claimed to be observed or experimented with has simple scientific explanation other than evolution. One cannot claim a genetic change and evolution happened to a bunch of flies in a lab that mated with flies that ate similar fruit without proof that thier was a genetic change and that change was not part of the standard dominant, non-dominant gene change, that it is passed on to its children,that it provides an advantage, that the apparent choice in mates was outs standard variability (if one flips a coin they very rarely get a 50/50 result)....and thats just for starters. What little evolutionists have is flawed and not science, if any scientist voices opposition they are silenced, and, once again, there shouldn't even be a debate as the very basis of evolution stops evolution from happening so there is nothing to argue about.

We're not a lynch... we just look and operate like one.
