How about spending a bitter cold Saturday in Dallas, WALKING the landing area with two younger swoopers helping us learn setups and approach. No cost, no ego, just genuine help. He got nothing out of it other than getting to eye my girlfriend. Mark, personally, i don't think you are sandbagging by competing in the CPC. IF the new rules state that everyone who competes in at least three events is eligible for Colorado, then you would NOT be taking slots away from others. If you feel that you need another year to work on things before going pro, then do it. I would suggest you do it a little quieter than you are but few people listen to me anyway. Ok, so i followed Craig's directions on how to wire up the remote, but i used a new belgium sunshine wheat Now what does everyone else do with the remote port cover? (On the camera) It is large and i am afraid it will blow open and eventually tear off. Should i just put some gaffers tape over it to hold it in place while switch is plugged in?? How much Altitude do you loose on a 90, and 180 turn?

Whoa! while i won't go that far because i have met Viking, i will agree that 500 feet on a 1:1 loaded canopy seems a bit much for a 180. Dave is right however that you will loose more altitude the higher up you are. Since you were at Eloy during the boogie, i am going to assume you were not pulling above 3500 feet. I would suggest doing many more of these turns, on different canopies to get a better feel for it. -

There was scuba diving, however i don't dive. I am afraid i would like it too much and have another expensive hobby We did snorkle and there was an incredible reef not 30 yards off the beach. HedoIII was fun. It was night and not much activity around the nude pool or beach. All the action was in the nightclub. That was fun till the old guy grabbed firefly's crotch. Time to go! We don't mind the nakedness or any of the "other" activities that were taking place, however touching/grabbing without asking, eh eh, don't think so. Just a few of the more tame ones. We had a blast, partied our asses off, and need about a week to recover. We visited Hedonism III one night but we didn't take any pics, we respected the wishes of other guests there. Enjoy! If anyone is thinking of going to Jamaica, stay at Breezes Runaway Bay, it is awesome. Never look down on someone, unless they are going down on you.
