I could funnel a hybrid for ya. It's a service I provide only on special occasion jumps. (For people who weren't around last fall when I did my 500th, do a skydivingmovies.com search for Marion. It's funny.) And Darin- Congrats on the growing harem. Just try to remember their names from now on. Melissa- the puppy isn't here yet. I'm picking her up tomorrow! Huge thanks to Eric who stayed up really late with me last night hanging curtains and shelves and rearranging all my junk so it doesn't get chewed up.

"Tippy" (still working on the name...) and Hank got along pretty well. She's still a little socially awkward and is learning that she can't just run up to a stranger and start playing. She came on pretty strong with Hank, but he humped her head and that pretty much settled who was calling the shots. She's great- I can't wait for her to meet everybody next weekend.

Glad you got through Wilma! We'll see you in a few weeks at the Thanksgiving Boogie! Woohoo! Okay everyone- Joe's band will be playing for us on Saturday night of the Thanksgiving Boogie! That's just a little over three weeks away, so we need to get serious about collecting money. You can give your $$$ to me any time. I'll also take donations during the boogie. These guys rock, and whatever you can afford to pitch in makes a difference.

There are very few people out there who would benefit from the Speed model, but that number is growing. It seems like a good alternative to introduce to a growing market. Yeah, I guess. But really, people make uninformed choices about all kinds of things and I don't want that to limit the cool stuff that's available to people who take the time to know their gear.

Stepping away from the "Can your ADD kill you" argument... It sounds like Airtec is not switching all units to the higher activation speed, so if you don't want it, don't buy it. It's an alternative for some people who might otherwise go without an AAD for safety reasons. Student and Tandem models are for special markets. So is the Speed model. On a tandem jump, I'd want a Tandem Cypres. In my current rig, I'd want an Expert Cypres. If I flew a canopy that went really really fast, I'd want a Speed Cypres. One size doesn't fit all.

Picture #33 was 1/6 of a second after picture #32. It's of Eric just a few feet lower. Seriously, though, I missed your exit because I was watching Eric's landing. Melissa- you'll see it you-know-when. Guido- that's cool, hope you can make it. So the weather sucks and Dave and I decided not to drive to Chester. Let's do something fun tonight. Movie?
