Let's go back to the original problem with the old system (pre-2008): The problem was that this created a death spiral: young, healthy people didn’t buy insurance, worsening the risk pool, driving up premiums, driving out more relatively healthy people, etc., until you were left with a rump of very ill people paying unaffordable high rates and insurance companies have to play games with doctors and ill patients in order to recuperate their money. I can understand you don't like Obama (and that's fine), but from a purely economic viewpoint, the old system did not make sense. So according to you?

I only meant that it's common for them to be divided. I seriously doubt that they commonly begin deliberations in full agreement with each other. That's why it takes days and sometimes weeks before they can come to a consensus.

Isn't it pretty common for a jury to be divided before they start the deliberation process? Isn't that exactly what the deliberation process is for? These jurors changed their minds once they actually read the law and discovered that GZ did nothing wrong, from what I understand.

How does it feel to have wasted so much anticipation and philosophy on riots that never happened? No worries, the conservative media will be around to whip up your stress level on another non-issue in a bit. It will likely be a long time before the conservative media matches the complete bullshit level attained in this fiasco by the liberal media.
