What's best for the Democrats? That's one of the dumber things I have heard, since when does doing the right thing become a selfish act? I don't know what the law is for neglect - whatever it is, even your kinda liberal approach above..... ; ) - he should be prosecuted for neglect, just like anyone else, cop or otherwise.
