    Probably because of your personal preconceived notions. Probably because there's a trend of what happens during these "riots". You can tell by how the officer fired and his initial reaction that he did not intend to "bust a cap" is this dude. With that said, the cop's negligence ended someone's life. 3-4 years in prison is not enough time, I think 10 would do it......assuming it was negligence and not on purpose.

    In most cases, maybe. But that all depends on the type of work. I know many people who make +-100k without any college experience. But yeah, a degree definately helps. Especially if you're in management. I buddy of mine who's a manager could be making 20k more if he had a degree.

    Back on topic... ...I used to play frisbee in Hyde Park (London) on Sundays (is it Sundays?) and afterwards would listen to all the soapbox speeches and self-proclaimed minsiters spew their shit. I've never heard of anyone getting arrested for what they were doing, but then again, it was mainly Muslims doing all the talking....so I guess its was protected.
