i've gotta say that the jftc crew KICKED MUFU'N ASS TODAY!!! OMG!!! they jumped like they spent the last two weeks jumping 10x a day, despite their last two days having been spent pretty much on the ground!!! i was tired (read: BEAT), and waiting for weather to clear didn't help much. but when that first jftc load went up, and i layed out in the grass watching them do their magic, it was like being struck by a bolt of lightning: EXPLODING WITH ENERGY, and it kept up for the rest of the day! lisa will prolly fill in the details, but i *had* to chime in that these CHICKS ROCK DA HOUSE! great job to everyone involved -- y'all make me crazy jealous! i want to be a woman. from now on i want you all to call me loretta! steve

my tibia break was in the ankle (lots of good connective tissue to screw with), so my case may be a bit different, but... i was in cast for a little over two months, with signoff to get back in the air at the three month mark. i gave it a couple of extra weeks, being that i could barely walk at the time! hth, steve
