Thank you Dougie Maybe it is just the photojournalist in me but if i were there I would be clicking away, there isn't a whole lot you can do when a tsunami is rushing towards you. It reminds me of those photographers who were killed during September 11, a few of them died when the towers fell, the photos recovered from their cameras were amazing and a testment to their final seconds. To call these people "stupid" is to disrespect the dead, I only hope that their death was quick and that they didn't suffer. Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

QuoteI see those pics and I cannot help but to think of how stupid those people are. I feel sorry for them, but come on! reply] Dude, have some respect for the dead. Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

She was charged with assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and reckless driving (she was talking on her cell phone at the time). Even found out yesterday with the start of the spring semester that I have a class with her. Hope you guys wont mind if I call her a bitch. Visions of a brand new Trek Madone 5.9 are running through my head. Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

You all may remember a post a month ago about me, I was the guy who was run off the road while cycling by an idiot sorority girl (they found her by the way). I suffered a broken collarbone, cracked ribs, and road rash. Thankfully my bike is ok. Last week the Doc told me the collarbone is healing fine and cleared me to workout and cycle, I had been planning on making a jump this weekend, anyone have any experience with jumping with a healing collarbone? Wow Dave, I've been playing Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the past week or so. Ever since I got hurt, been playing a lot more video games then I usually do. I'm reminded about how pissed off I used to get at this game....fun as hell though Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

A lot of the old WW2 barracks are still standing and still in use...I used them a little over a year ago Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

I understand completely....I used to be a very patient person until I started working retail. Every once in a while I would get a customer who would be totally awesome and use manner and it would make my day, for the most part they were just pricks who like to treat other people like shit, it happened so often I started to wonder what that person/persons would look like if I set them on fire (the customers were that bad). Working out afterwards was always an AWESOME outlet of rage. I always loved that movie Clerks. My fav lines are "Just because we serve you, doesn't mean we like you" and "This job would be great if it weren't for the fucking customers" Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

I'm almost afraid to meet her, I'm afraid I will lose control and smack the shit out of her (I'm not really a violent person, but I am just really fucking pissed a cell phone call takes presidence over my life and safety) Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

No, I wasn't able to get a tag number, I do remember seeing some sorority letters on her SUV, hopefuly use those to try and find her, the bitch just ran when i crashed. An elderly couple came to help me like a minute later and called the ambulance. Looks like no skydiving or cycling for me for the next 4-6 weeks, got run off the road while cycling by a sorority girl who was too busy usin her cell phone yesterday. Broken shoulder, bruised ribs....but had my first ride in an ambulance. Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.

You know, I am not disputing the fact that he is a hero, yet everyone forgets the other 1244 U.S. soldiers who have been killed in action. Pat Tillman was front page news all over the world the day after he died, yet whenever any other U.S. soldier dies it is merely a sidebar. I think that is pretty sad. I don't really see the problem with it, it's the truth ain't it? I like that show, kinda liked it better when Keith Carradine hosted it though....or is it David? I get those two brothers mixed up. If any of you have been to El Paso, Tx, you would probably know Chico's Tacos, otherwise it would be Village Inn or Taco Cabana. Chris I thought of the odds of me succeeding, versus the odds I was doing something incredibly stupid, and I went ahead anyway.
