So I'm stalking? Nah, I haven't thought about her much in years. The article on the internet just brought back a lot of painful memories. I knew she didn't dig me in high school. Sorry if I sounded creepy

Every few years, I like to google peoples names that I knew way back in high school, just out of curiosity/boredom to see if I can find any info about them. Well, after a quick search, I found out the girl I had an enormous infatuation with in high school has just gotten married…..to the same guy she dated throughout high school. I can’t say I’m surprised at this. I guess some things just never change. She was a cheerleader, and the guy she dated was a football jock. I had very strong feelings for this girl. I tried so hard to get to know her and she was always nice to me, but she was always dating this other guy. I guess some things were never meant to be. I can’t explain the intense feelings I had for this girl. I would have laid down my life without question if it meant saving hers. One day after so much frustration, I told her off. I called her a bitch and told her never to talk to me again. Yes, it was stupid, but I didn’t have it in me to be honest about my true feelings. I knew I didn’t have a shot in hell of dating her, with so many people that had the same affections for her. About 6 years ago, I sent her an e-mail telling her what I was doing with my life, and told her it would mean a lot if I got some sort of reply from her. She sent me a response but didn’t reply to the 2nd e-mail I sent her, so I just left it at that. So now, 12 years after high school, she is married to the guy I could never compete with. I really feel like shit. Life just isn’t fair sometimes!

My point is whether you agree or disagree, we still perceive these girls as being older than they are. This MadTV skit illustrates my point. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymLTO-GxZoQ

I don't know? Can anybody answer that?

I’m looking for a girls perspective. What is so “controversial” about these pics? I saw one b/w pic with her back exposed. Ohh no! do we live in Iran? She’s not 9 years old, she is almost 16!

Not really. It’s just an opinion from an overtly liberal and dare I say feminized white male. The problem with whites these days is that they are confused on how to act in the presence of blacks. They’re scared to express why they are annoyed by black peoples attitudes. This lack of honesty is painfully obvious to most black people. This is the biggest reason many black people don’t trust us.

Skydiving is a yuppie sport Judging by that fact that nobody is complaining, I guess a lot of you guys must make a lot of money.
-
I thought skydivers were hippies

And we love Europeans The simple fact is that the skydiving industry is not doing well. The cancellation of WFFC was the first major clue. Promotion is key. Safety and community need improvement. It is going to get a hell of a lot worse in the sport before it gets better.

It's harder to read the forums now with all the eye pollution. It doesn't look as good but you are right. Anything for profit.

Not sure what the new look serves, except to make it easier to cram more advertising to the left side of the screen.

If these people are so smart, why couldn’t they read the terms & conditions of their mortgage application? You know that if you don’t pay your mortgage, they kick you out? right?

It's a funny but very stupid ad. Unfortunately it speaks more of bad parenting than lack of birth control.

This movie sucked. It was long, depressing and had WAY too much male frontal nudity. Even the presence of Mila Kunis from "That 70's Show" wasn't enough to save this low-budget disaster.

Are there any cute girls that can verify why they always get their food to go? Do they get hit on if they sit down at Jack in the Box to eat their sourdough jack?
-
We can quote idioms back and forth all night long if you wish but I'm asking a poignant question. I'll demonstrate my verbal skills a little later in the thread if need be.

What is the deal with cute girls never sitting down to eat at a restaurant and always getting take-out? I’m not talking about fine dining, but casual places like subway, quiznos, in/out ect. For example: If I were in the workplace and I saw an employee always eating in their cubical instead of eating in the cafeteria, I couldn’t help but think they were kind of acting like a dick. Call me crazy, but the whole concept of refusing to eat in the presence of others just seems anti-social. Cute girls are so uncomfortable in this environment that they are willing to wait to eat, even though they’re hungry, then drive the food back home while it gets cold, only to make a huge mess with all the garbage. I swear to GOD, the next cute girl I see doing this, I’m going to walk up to them and ask them why they won’t sit down and eat. I would love to hear their explanation.
