you know girl they have some new surgical techniques for that, like microsurgery where they don't even have to cut you open. but they don't do it in a lot of places (like they only do it in a few cities nationwide). i didn't know any of this back when you had your surgery. my mom has a f***ed up cervical disc and we just found out about this from the internet. i know it doesn't help you now, but if this is a recurring problem and you ever have to have this type of surgery again, let me know. it is an endoscopic technique. congrats on getting back to work, now work on getting back to jumping! the skies miss you! blue ones sis

Ok, Wingie and I had this discussion on MSN messenger earlier. I think we pronounce it the same way. I say it like this: SAN (like sandwich)-GI-ROW (like row row your boat) but not much of a break between gi and ro, so really san^giro I have typed it so many times it looks weird now. That could be the name of a city "San Giro" or talking about a unit of money or something...isn't there a "giro" somewhere in the world? Sis

Ok, Omri I KNOW you are bored now. But I will humor you! I have been growing my hair out since I started jumping, so I can braid it. It sucks right now since it is at an in-between length. Long enough for a clip or a ponytail but you can't wear those under a helmet. During the spring and summer it was short (chin-length) and straight,all one length. Complicated fancy hairdos don't work well in jumping that is for sure. For the girls: I have noticed several women wearing swim caps or similar things under their helmets. I actually had to ask a guy about this and he said it keeps their hair from getting messy. Any of you do this? I thought it looked like a good idea but too hot for my taste (I am very hot natured)... Guess we could all just wear dreadlocks...(ewwwww yuck) Blue Ones, Sis

A friend of mine has three high-performance canopies: two Vipers and a Stiletto. From what I understand, the Vipers are fully elliptical, not a Sabre copy. That is all I know. Good luck, Sis
