I'll beg to differ on on the first part of the comment. He's proven the former, has yet to prove the latter (although his energy comments ring with more honesty than most). He is no more smarter than the average if he does not have a speech (paper) in front of him. The average graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law? Blues, Dave Oh is that his graduation status???? If you listened to him you would just think him and his wife were just poor black kids on the streets.?? That is where they both started. I think he's talking about the fact that Texas, alone amongst all the states, when it was adopted into the Union in 1845, retained the right to secede if it ever desired to do so.
