I agree, the show should be called Mom Swap. This one is funny. Some of it is serious, where the kids actually learn something along with the Moms about their behavior. I have only seen two of these and the one last night (2nd part) was fun as well as serious. I remember going there after the eruption and it was a scene that seemed so unreal! Total devastation, trees down like toothpicks and nothing green remaining. I'm sorry about your Dad. Regardless what anyone thinks, I find it deplorable that his wife did not let his family know about his death. Has anyone ever checked into her background? (I realize they were married) I ask this because my niece's grandmother was 'scammed' by her nurse. The state finally did get her on charges, but by then most of the possessions were gone. That would be a 'shame'??? Girlfriend that will be the LEAST of our problems!!! I don't think we'll be around to say "Oh darn our lovely view is gone." Oh, I realize the danger involved if Rainier decided to 'burp'! It's such a beautiful mountain though. Living fairly close to the mountain worries me....a lot. Yes, the mountain still has that distinctive crater. They are saying if the mountain had an 'event', it would NOT be like the other eruptions. All of us in this area, hope that Mt. Rainier nevers 'wakes' up. If I remember correctly, it has had a few earthquakes but nothing to signify any action. It would be a shame if Rainier lost its top and no longer looked like it does now.
