Oops. I bought US Weekly that week instead. Seriously, even through the awful VMA performance, I was routing for Britney (and I'm not/never was a fan). I'm still routing for the Spears girls, I guess. But, it's becoming way too difficult. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

No way. That's why I didn't go into the entertainment industry. But, there are ways to avoid that in many cases. Edit: The only time I have an issue with the photogs is when the celeb is with their child--particularly taking them to and from school. Otherwise, I think it's fine. Nope, not Britney. Her 16-year-old sister, Jamie Lynn. I'm only posting this b/c I think it's funny Mommy Spears' release date of her new book on parenting has now been postponed indefinitely. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Seriously, though. There's an older couple that owns the shop, and a hippie couple that work all the hours & do the labor in the shop. And they had 15 orders that day! I was in there six times. Oooo, and the hippie couple have two super-cute dogs they bring to work. Sooooo, minimal overhead. Have fun aiding & designing. The worker's comp is a bit higher for a glazier but, if the two owner's are exempt and only one other glazier... I'm just saying--at surface level (i.e. having not looked into it at all) it seems like quite the profitable business to run. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

I always rent Prius' when I travel. I love them! But, I wouldn't buy one as my personal car for a few reasons. Maybe in ten years if they're still around. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

First, Second: I, myself, am going into the picture framing business. I shopped around and still paid four figures to have three original art pieces framed. And I was thinking to myself--I could have gone to Home Depot and bought some fancy trim board, chopped it & painted it for a fraction of that price. It wouldn't have taken THAT much time. But, it took them two weeks and I paid them in full. (But, I LOVE how they turned out!

They have done the same for me before. Also, once I racked up quadruple my normal minutes when a couple loved ones died within weeks of one another. I paid the bill, but then called and spoke to them about it and they credited it all back to me. So I had about four "free" months of service after that.
