I must be the only one who files in February. For those who haven't tried it; I filed online, got my return two weeks later deposited directly to my account. It cost $15 and it was SO WORTH IT! Quick & easy! I even had missed one payment I made and they caught it and added it to my return. I definitely recommend the filing online system.

Hi JKA, I call it life. I can not speak from an online standpoint, since the only person I met first online before in person is Skymama. But, in life in general good friends come and go and only 1, maybe two will be lifelong friends, in my experience. People go through different phases in their lives that call for different kinds of friends; eventually as you change and those friends do not, you move on; no hard feelings. Right or wrong, I eliminate all uncomfortable or stressful situations in my life; if that means not keeping in touch w/ old friends, that's what it means. It's not meant to sound brutal, it's just life. I have on best friend since Kindergarten whom I haven't seen in two years but who I talk on the phone w/ and e-mail several times every week. That is a friend for life. I have numerous other friends that I really care about; one is moving soon and since we're being blunt, I doubt if we'll stay in contact, but at least I know that if we were to run in to each other at a DZ in the future, we could pick up and jump toghether right where we left off; no hard feelings. So no worries; if you'd like to stay in touch, stay in touch; if not, don't let it stress you out. It's just life. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

Ha ha ha. You know I've heard a few people say this but never once have I ever felt this way. I'm usually stoked as hell to get in the plane; and impatient as hell on the ride up.

Just how cool it is we can skydive? I have thoroughly enjoyed jumping since I began. I think sometimes I take advantage of the mere fact that we can do it; that someone came up with the idea to begin with and people since then have modified, improved and defined the sport. Just watching old video's last night (high as a kite) I just got to thinking how amazing it is that we can do what we do and how special we are that we know what we know. Anyone else just have an epiphany like that every once in a while? Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

My work has firewalled all e-mail sites, including my personal e-mail site that my father owns, which is not affiliated w/ any other site like yahoo, hotmail, etc. So, naturally I was pretty pissed. But, they'll never win! I have my dropzone.com e-mail, and I CAN STILL GET HERE FROM WORK! Mwwwaahaha hahaha! (evil laugh) Nobody takes away my privacy....NOBODY!

I agree, but we both try to jump every weekend so that would be a little too much time away doing our own things, if we didnt' both jump. He goes golfing; I go shopping. Most of the time he goes both days on the weekends to skydive, and I just go for one most of the time. And sometimes we both skip a day and go surfing or jetskiing or whatever. We still do our own things but also do a lot together. I think a mix is healthy.

We are both skydivers. We met two 1/2 years ago just after I graduated AFF. I know there have been arguments over jumping w/ your S.O. but I am 100% all for it in my case. We LOVE jumping together, and I have learned so much from him. I am very fortunate to have my own personal trainer on every jump. We try to jump every weekend and he does video at the DZ as well as competes in swooping. We wouldn't ever see each other if we didn't enjoy doing some of the same things, especially something like skydiving. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

I had my own phone at age 8. My pager at age 12, and my first cell phone at age 13. I still have my first cell phone. It was HUGE. I'm not a huge fan of talking on any kind of phone. I don't typically call anyone just to say hey. I only call if I really have something to say. I have a cell phone but mainly for comfort; just to know that no matter where I am or what happens I have that with me to get in touch with whoever I need to. It's also great for long distance family calls. But for the most part, I don't use it too much. I get by on my 200 anytime minutes and free, unlimited weekends plan. I keep getting web addresses and e-mails in german to German porn sites on my DZ.com e-mail address? I've never used my dropzone.com e-mail for anything, nor entered it online anywhere. I've also never visited a porn site, believe it or not, aside from the pop ups that occur occasionally that I click to close. So, how would A: someone know I can speak/read German, and B: know my DZ.com e-mail address to send that sh*t to? The first couple, I thought were a joke, but they're coming (no pun intended) all the time now. Anyone else having similiar problems?

Whatever. I still love my MTV Sunday afternoons; "Sorority Life", "Fraternity Life", "Real World", "Real World/Road Rules Challenge", "The Big Urban Myth Show", "The Osbournes", and all the other stupid shows; YUP, I watch them sometimes and I laugh my bootie off.

I think it's funny that people can't hear their own accent. A lot of my clients tell me I have a bit of a southern accent. They seem to really like it, but I don't hear one at ALL in my voice. I admit I used to say "ya'll" a lot but I broke myself of that habit a long time ago. I love different accents. It's the spice of life

What's the dilemma? If she IS trying to do something bad, all you would be doing by telling her not to see him is post-poning the inevitable.
