  1. spacer foam holds up well if you don't drag the rig while packing.
  2. This is very sad news, almost always sat across from her when she was shooting for Frayed Knot, listening to Joe recite his poetry for the whole airplane!
  3. Just because the video poster said the dipshit was killed, was he? If you want "hits" on your video some people will post almost anything. I didn't see a decapitation either, just a dumbass falling out of a slow moving car.
  4. theres video! One happened mid fomation after point 1 was built, the other as he turned to track off... Can you say 'pin check'? Well, at least it wasnt on climb out or doing the swoop! I mean, who cares if the camera guy needs new underwear... Camera guys are suppossed to wear underwear?? Shit... I never knew... I didn't get that memo either...... I feel like that would really cramp my flying skills while filming. Flying skills? BAHWAAAHAAAAA! You vidiots need wings to keep you stable... Remi, Remi, Remi.......
  5. I don't think she has jumped in years. Fritz brought her out to Eloy years ago for freefly coaching, Mike Barber (RIP) pointed her out to me otherwise I would never have recognized her, no makeup etc. She was really nice and a cutie without her warpaint.
  6. Fill out your profile, prove you are legit. ps. What does the FTC have to do with anything here?
  7. Yes TT motorcycle racing has to be pretty extreme as well. Just like Rally, but on two wheels instead of four with no navigator. I would argue that the Dakar Rally on a dirt bike is waaaay out there in terms of extreme. Google, Erzburg Rodeo. Almost as wild as the Dakar.
  8. There are some DZ's that ban it's use no matter what the manufacturer's say.
  9. Good guy, gone way too soon.

  11. Maybe all the Argus owners and users should get together........just sayin'.
  12. Have tried contacting Square1, ParaGear, Sunshine Factory, Chutingstar?
  13. Yup. Make sure to use a small backing washer on the pop rivet (inside the shell) because it will work back through at a bad time. I sew a a 1" piece of type 4 to the end of the strap to make it easier to pull when your hands are cold or gloves on. *meant to quote chutingstar*
  14. Why fixing something which is not broken Oh,wait....fashion I know:) Blue skies You said it Rob!! ................................................................... If you had packed as many Talon prototypes - with tuck tabs - as I have, you would understand how tight the tolerances are on tuck tabs. Then - just when you think you have perfected a pattern - some field rigger redistributes canopy bulk (in a way never imagined by the designer in his worst drunken nightmare) and you are forced rework the tuck-tab pattern AGAIN to compensate for field riggers who are too lazy to read a manual!!!!! Bototm line: production tolerances are (1/8 inch) tight on tuck-tabs, but much looser on magnets or Velcro.
