    He wasn't that airplane was suppose to pick him up somewhere in South America,he's a photographer for National Geographic,airplane was on final and a freak crosswind caught him and sent the plane into the truck that dropped of the photographer!!!! He was in the wrong place at right time!

    Can anyone give me some insight on how to pack this monster?I pack it one way i get soft openings but give me some mean 180 to 360 off heading opening,then i pack it other way i get hard openings but on heading????? Need some help!

    Had some did't like them!!! Did't swoop any longer made it shorter by a couple of feet!!! Like Cobaltdan said you get that extra cause your pulling the rear riser a bit.

    You can't compare golf with skydiving!!!!!!!!And if jump numbers don't count what does!!!! Will you be perpared when you have to go down wind,low hook,etc if you have never EXPERIENCED it???????And right at that moment your going to be broken!!!!!!!! I started high performance landing under a 169 Safire 40,90,180,270,360 hook turns that taught me a lot!!!I've done some low ones before and live throught them because i had EXPERIENCE!!!!!!If that was before i had EXPERIENCE would be pushing up daisys RIGHT KNOW!!!After i put 400 jumps on it and pushed it as far as i could i went to a 149 crossfire,it was like learning everthing over almost!!So what kind of landind do you do????

    So with your endless wisdom can you tell the difference between your safire 189 landing and a x-brace or elliptical landing??????? That not hooking it, just straight in!!!!!

Do you hook your xaos????You can tell me you've been jumping since the dawn of time.You say you did 300 round jumps and quit.Your profile say 383 jump,so you have jumped a square canopy only 83 times,hmmmmm and now your jumping a canopy that requires a least 1000 elliptical jumps???? But yet you say a person with 18 jumps should't jump a elliptical canopy but yet you did and uped the stakes more with a x-braced canopy with a mere 83 jumps,call me nutts!

    So in other words we should let a jumper with 18 jumps jump on a crossbraced canopy!!!And just hope that he/she does everything right!!!I agree with some people about having a system where you have to have the jump numbers before you can jump any canopy.Just like if you want to be a Aff jump master,you just don't walk up with 18 jumps and say you want to be one Right???So what is the difference when a person wants to by a hp canopy????
