Jeb Corliss to Demonstrate Live on Today Show Tomorrow

After watching the video it doesn't look like it's gonna be a BASE jump so I don't think that will be a problem but he doesn't give a date either. -
On second thought: Screw the books Just finished 2nd in a 180 player tournament and won $144.

I completely disagree with everything in the article. It's the typical just brainwash your kids to become good christians and everything will be just fine mentality. I don't say the whole drinking and drug thing is good, but I believe that you make your kids mentally blind to every alternative in faith and everything else towards life if you do what the article says to.

Hey I am digging up my old thread since I have been playing now for a while and I definitely get better (won a couple Sit n Go, made it into a Sunday 100k by playing a satelite yesterday and fell out as 16000 (out of 20k) after going all in with a straight from the ace and losing to a full house). Now that I'm really getting into it I need a few books. What are the top books to read? I looked up Super System but that's from 1976. Is it still up to date?

it's apparent that what you think you now about core stability is wrong. working the abs is VITAL when reducing weight, particularly large amounts. Very overweight people typically have very weak stomach muscles. the abs are what support the back, strengthening the abs aids in posture and in helping maintain the body stability, making it easier to do the other long muscle exercises Yeah but if you do for example Squat's you will recognize very fast if your abs are too weak and they will get trained doing them. Nothing against working the abs out once a week but 6 times seems rediculus.

Hey yeah the 40 jumps are correct but I think I'll have over 100 until that happens so still some time. I think I'll do the plane ride with her and wait for her on the ground like you said. That's good enough and she gets to experience more of her own tandem instead of looking/being worried about me.
-
I have a related question: How is it if I want to do a Tandem with my mother in Switzerland? I know there's no way I'll actually dock but will I be able to leave at the same time and just fly with them without getting close?

Sorry that I assumed you read the whole thread... Now you at least agree with me about the calories: It just seemed to be useless to write down all the different sources of energy a muscles uses so I suppose I just thought writing calories would be good enough and obviously you agree with me as you are doing the same. All I said and I am still saying is that it's a waste of time to work out your abs six times a week when you are trying to get definition. Work the big muscle groups by doing the big three three times a week and eat right and you are going to be better off. Sure doing situps will help somewhat, but not nearly as much as what I proposed.

Hey that sounds pretty good. I just seem to encounter lots of people who think that working out the abs actually helps the looks. What most people don't know about BB is that about 60% of the success is coming from the right nutrition. Eating wrong will screw up even the best workout so make sure you're good there. Now before I give any more advice: What's your goal? Gaining muscle mass, loosing fat or just feeling fit? How many days a week do you do that routine?

I can pretty much avoid hangovers by juggin a bottle of gatorade or powerade, take some vitamins and drink a raw egg.

Waaaah I'm freaking out! It's perfect weather and nobody flies...
-
Okey the weekend is getting really close. Is anybody going to be flying? I've already talked to Tecumseh and they won't. Anybody an idea who will be?
-
Just do the big three. There is no need to really include a special training for the abs seeing that they don't grow very much anyways but that the look mostly depends on the body fat percentage. The big three (bench press, squats and dead lifts) will stress the abs enough to get the best out of them.

Chances are you have been to slow. Sizes like that are highly seeked after. If you are really looking for something used, you probably want to check it daily. -
Damed at the moment I wish I would find them in my breakfast bowl of cereal or just somewhere...
