  1. It's just frustrating because I don't know wtf he's talking about half of the time, and then he throws in his typical digs about hatred or racism or whatever.
  2. Funny you think you can get to that level without government assistance, unless of course you were truly independent of the government.
  3. You're right. Everyone understands there will be winners and losers. They should also understand that the losers will complain, regardless of how rich or poor they are. . .nothing wrong with that. Everyone deserves to be heard.
  4. I didn't take away anyone's job. Why should I have to payoff someone's student loans? Because 911 changed everything and gen X got fucked. That's why. Ya, poor fucks. Some weren't that lucky.
  5. 30 million more people, plus equal treatment for ALL, regardless of your shitty insurance.
  6. Being able to provide EVERYONE as quickly, efficiently and equally. That is the problem no matter which way you decide to look at it. Just take some time to think about what that actually means. I agree.
  7. Or the continued dismissal of all efforts, like you seem to prefer, will serve the same result. Doing nothing does exactly that. Keep up the hatred, it does at least provide results. Not any sort of positive ones though. Dude seriously, what in the actual fuck are you talking about? You smoking again? I mean wtf do you want me to discuss, your straight A's in 6th grade? Good for you! As you say - Jebus fucking christ. . .get over yourself.
  8. Neither do the Dems. Maybe if they just all talk for another 50 years something will happen. . .
  9. What 3 different countries are you referring to? Is the problem perhaps in building an infrastructure to accommodate all 300+ million people as equally, quickly, and efficiently across a span of nearly 4 million square miles?
  10. Ya, while poor blacks are corralled into inner city pens, poor whites are corralled into trailer parks in the suburbs where they at least get access to finer schools. Hopefully Bloomberg is serious about making amends and actually doing something for the black community. But I think it's all the same democrat bullshit - fool me once and all that jazz. . .
  11. Well, since you will die pretty quickly in those temperatures That's the point, you won't typically die pretty quickly at 108F at 75% humidity regardless of your theoretical bullshit. That's why NOAA says that those levels are meaningless and won't even list them in their chart. If you honestly think that a theoretical heat index of 195F is like living in an environment that is actually 195F, then you are either a fucking idiot, or an alarmist trying to scare the shit out of other idiots. I didn't say it wasn't dangerous, just not 195F dangerous. BTW do you remember all those pics I posted of families with their kids at the beach enjoying the "Quick and the Deadly "165F" Heat Index?"
  12. Ya, that's the one we were talking about in those other threads. Back then you said it was a Heat index of like 178F, now the calculator is saying 195F, so which one is it? Does it even matter? Because at those levels the only thing the heat index is measuring is one's stupidity.
  13. My bad. In those threads we were talking about wet bulb temps and the heat index. I'm actually referring to the theoretical heat index of 165F. You linked to a calculator to show that it wasn't some scary number that they just made up, however, there is a note below that calculator saying "The Heat Index calculation may produce meaningless results for temperatures and dew points outside of the range depicted on the Heat Index Chart linked below." Here's the Heat Index Chart they're referring to: A heat index of 165F would seem to fall in the meaningless, theoretical nonsense portion of the chart.
  14. Not sure what "an impractical wet bulb temp" is. Impractical or not, they will be a bigger deal in the future. Third time:
  15. Fine, then no need for silly over-dramatic exaggerations and scary yet impractical wet bulb temps to whip everyone inline.
  16. At least they're bots and not people that should actually know better: It's pretty much back then when I stopped listening to people like you, because it was so obvious how full of shit your argument was, and how you used it to deceive people. Nothing much has changed, especially in the political realm. . . . and it's kinda sad, because you had an influence on right leaning/moderates, and you sold out just to look good in front of the left leaning/liberals that quite frankly don't fk'ing know any better.
  17. My assessment is based on the fact that most democrats aren't liberal, and your comment about how the "average-left is pretty conservative" The fact is that a popular vote changes the dynamics completely. Wouldn't you want to have a better grasp on the demographics before making such a drastic change? Personally, I don't want a system that would give either side a long reign of power. Our current system has proven to be fair enough. The problem is that we just need better candidates.
  18. I'm not saying that they are, Not until the Reps pissed them off enough. Now they "have to play dirty," and can't be "so politically correct," and can't just "keep up appearances." Sounds like the the Reps are leading the Dems by the nose. Just go crazy right-ass extremist as much as possible, and soon enough all the liberals will become moderates. .
  19. Hi Coreece, The issue, for me, is that I want my vote to count. Ya, I can understand why it pisses you off that my vote here in the midwest is more valuable than yours, but it's only because we're more responsible and fair. Do you really want a system where the white conservative majority can rule forever with their popular vote?
  20. Ya, they're pissing off the dems so much that when they finally get back the power, their vengeance will destroy us all, including themselves. Qiuck example. In hunter safety class they teach us to respect the forest, to pick up trash and what not. They tell us not to bring attention to the sport. If you make a kill, don't flaunt it. Stop all the mess with the street-side buck poles. If you're traveling, cover up your kill. Respect our rights and don't piss people off. If you act like an asshole flaunting all this shit, it just pisses them off and gives them reason to take action against you. We don't need that. But now that's exactly what the right is doing politically, and it pisses ME off. Fucking idiots. We'll have only ourselves to blame because God knows that the left will never take responsibility for their actions. . .It's up to us, not them.
  21. Well, fucking with us is Turtle’s nature and his great joy Don't get me wrong, I don't think there's anything wrong with that to a certain extent. For the most part I think he tries to be fair - well except when comparing Pelosi to Trump. I mean, I'm no Pelosi fan, but wtf? I can agree with that, especially when considering that most dems don't consider themselves to be liberal. But this brings up another issue. Is the idea of having a popular vote as beneficial to democrats as they might think?
  22. That's probably an accurate assessment, which is why my perception is off and trips me out in the first place. I'm thinking it had something to do with my religious beliefs and assuming that anyone in opposition to them was automatically hard left, or might as well be. In any event tho, I still haven't figured out Turtle. If I had to guess, I'd say he's just fucking with us.
  23. For whatever reason that link doesn't work, but it's worth re-posting. There's something about being a musician, specifically a drummer that's supernatural. At some point, something else just takes over - and whether heaven or hell, it's fk'ing amazing. One of my favorite movies with my favorite hometown actor J.K Simmons. (O.K ya, he's just an over-privileged white-boy from rich-ass Gross Pointe - but still, nigga representin')
  24. Anyone that does not pretend to be in lock step with the hard left. But this place trips me out. There are plenty of people here that I perceive as hard left, but have expressed how easily they could've, would've or did've voted for a republican. But then there are people like you that I perceive as being hard right, but you want to vote for Bernie, and it completely fucking trips me out, lol.
