I went to the bank and got a separate debit card for my trip, not tied to any of my bank accounts. I had u.s. cash which I would exchange in banks for euros. Sometimes not the best exchange rate a person could find but ok, plus small fee. Debit card for cash at atms ok, and fee was $2 per transaction. Of course not good for just exchanging 20 bucks. My credit card was worse, 4% fee. I should have ask before I went. Exchange rate at the time was around 1.42.

There sure were a lot of VW Beetles in that chase sequence either driven or parked. I liked McQueen in Papillon. That movie was hardcore. Steve was one of Bruce Lee's students in his Jeet Kune Do classes, along with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and other celebrities. The VWs equal the number of hippies we had back then. I just read Buffet legally evaded 400 million of taxes due to special tax laws. And that is fine, the supreme court says so. But just don't stand next to the President and say the rich need to pay more taxes. Fork tongue. Do you know why he advocates for the rich to pay more taxes? He stands next to the President, President says the rich need to pay more, Buffet says the President is right and the rich need to pay more taxes, they go off screen, President signs some bill/executive order that has a nice tax advantage for Buffet. Pretty simple.

***I think the saddest thing is how much she HAD in her life, but still threw it away. I've read of bridge jumpers who survived that said the moment they jumped to kill themselves, they regretted it and wanted to live. God, what a way to clear your head. One good reason to go to Bridge Day.
