Height perception illusion:***I've experience, once possibly due to a change in goggle type[lense colour]Once possibly due to fading light conditions[sunset]hooked low on that one resulting in a urgent recovery from a dive. Not good! .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

dogs (4) semi automatic pistols (several) and semiautomatic rifles .223 & .308 cal. all military versions, and all semi automatic. they might get in, but they ain't leaving, whether it be wounded, or dead. ***Not to forget the claymores, electric fence, razor wire and all of this coupled up to motion sensors and proxcimitors watched by 24hr automated computer surveilence. .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

Unfortunately,i was burgled only last year.If this helps.although the piece of robbing, cowardly scum empied the entire contents of every draw/cuboard in my house, onto the floor of my house ,this included my skydiving equipment he didn't take it.[I can only assume this was because unlike home computers,tv's etc a skydiving rig has no real commercial value outside the skydiving community, therefore making it difficult for said scum whuffo to resell other than to some saddo who my want it as a novelty item. .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

Heard good things about Hibalstow. In complete contrast to Headcorn, last year i renewed my Bpa membership at Sibson on a w/end and was still able to jump.Like Hibalstow a very skydiver friendly DZ. .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

Unfortunate. Here in the USA, we can access everyone's USPA membership info via telephone and online at the group member site. It has certainly prevented many headaches for travelling skydivers who, for whatever reason, were not in possession of their membership cards, etc. ***Ditto, same in the UK.Only the BPA takes your money, sends you your card but dosn't update your details.
-
If nothing else like that has happened, then you should have gone to the person who took the BPA paperwork from you to send in and talk to them about it.***One of the people causing me the arse ache was the person who took the BPA paperwork+payment from me!Talk about wanting to headbutt someone to death.

Having been a member of HPC[Headcorn parachute club ,UK] for 3years,even did my AFF there.I've just been refused membership all because i didn't have my BPA membership[which i purchased 2wks earlier via HPC]on me.Apparently my word that i am in reciept of my BPA members card is not good enough...needless to say i'm embitterred and will not be jumping there again....shame really as i've made some good friends there[will keep in touch, though]Do you think i'm a victim of politics/beaurocracy/bullshit etc. .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

Don't if this is relevent to your question, but a friend of mine had his complete harness replaced by Sunpath follow a mishap which resulted in the original harness becoming damaged. As he was replacing his harness/container system, the new harness was made to his girlfriends measurements.

a mistake landing a big canopy that might get you a bruise***I unfortunately witnessed a recently quaified/consolidation jumper break his collar bone/shoulder whilst 'piloting'a large docile student canopy.

Has anyone explained to him exactly what a Sabre150 let alone Stilletto 97/107 will do to him the very moment he makes a mistake low to the ground . .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.

5 of which were sit fly attempts and just not getting it. Try learning to fly 'a ball'[recovery position in freefly]first and good coaching is a definate plus. .CHOP WOOD COLLECT WATER.
