Cruciferous vegetables are good for you. Eat your veggies!

You can eat what you want. I'm not pushing Veganism. I'm pushing respect for what you eat. The meat industry treats these animals horridly. If I were to resume eating animals, I would only get my meat from grass fed farms where there is a greater respect for the animals.

That video came from the Humane Society after they were in the California meat packing company for 6 weeks. The company was cited for their animal cruelty. It was all over the news. But, I have driven past many cattle ranches along the 5 and have seen the conditions that from that distance alone, appear to be unhealthy and deplorable. I also drove frequently to Highland, past a chicken farm, which was not a farm at all, but a barn stocked high with chickens. I wouldn't want to eat eggs from there considering the horrific vomit inducing smells from the place. In regards to the turnover rate, it was actually 75 - 100%. And no, I'm not guessing. Just do a google search and you will find the info yourself. So, in point, you really have no clue where your food comes from, do you?

Perhaps at one point, but if you think about it realistically, that could never happen today. As armed as the US populace is (and it is clearly the most well armed populace on the planet), as long as the government has the military on its side, the populace could never successfully rise up against it through use of force. I don't know about that quade. Looking back at 9/11, the terrorists didn't need bombs or guns to cause massive destruction.

The cell phone situation is quite serious, actually. At Folsom, a gang leader was running a cell phone racket. Over 300 cell phones were found in two buildings. The phones go for about $400 each. And, they don't get fruit cup...they turn it into pruno.

I turned my teeth blue. Yup, blue. Not a pretty shade for teeth. So, I was in San Fran at one of my favorite Raw Vegan restaurants, Cafe Gratitude. They sell this delicious fair trade, organic blueberry rooibos tea. I drank the stuff everyday for two weeks. And, turned my teeth blue. Food grade hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, crest white strips, etc, I'm still not stain free. I'm going to the dentist on Monday.

Whenever I am in a situation that I don't like, I always try to find at least three positive things about that situation. I hate California, and always have. But, I like that the sun sets on the ocean. I like that I can drive 85 without a cop stopping me. And, Avocados!

Fired the "wife" two months ago. She was stealing from me and not doing her job. I did hire a chef who comes to the house and delivers me food everyother day. His food is way better and the expenses are far cheaper. I think I'm just spending way too much time in California. I'm looking for jobs on the East Coast and have some leads. I should be coming home soon. Hopefully, I'll have better luck with East Coast Men.

Well, if insults are the only things you could come with to support your position, I'd say it is kinda weak. Do you have any evidence that the video is a fake? It is common knowledge about how slaughterhouses operate. And it is just cruel how these animals are abused. How aware are you of where your food comes from? Like most, you are terribly removed from your food source. Perhaps YOU should visit these slaughter houses yourself so that you can learn about the atrocities that these animals endure. I would accept your position if you personally (or through personal connection) visit those farms and collect the statistics.
