    Well depending on exactly how Drunk I was the night before and How quietly I can chew through the restraints and sneak out... I can generally loose Anywhere between 110LB to well.. Like I said, Depends on how well the beer googles were working the night before. If I can sneak out with out her catching me that is.

    What you really need is TPM software. I just happen to know someone that sells just such a product!! I will put another Demo package in the mail to you today. Hey... That same company sells the best CMMS software on the market. We help you turn that around. Seriously, TPM & 5S do work but it takes total commitment and a work force that is capable of change. I have seen implementations make HUGE differences and others fall flat on their face. It all has to do with the level of commitment from upper management and the ability of the workforce to adapt.

    The best way to handle this, Is to help him really loose some weight. Add EXLAX to the Omlets. Adds a Nice Chocolate Flavor and will speed up the weight loss process.

    I dont think Tandems are hurting membership so much as the way many DZ`s treat Tandems. By that I mean many DZ`s I have been to seem to treat Tandems like one Jump prospects and make little to no effort at all to do more than "Get em in, Get em off, Get em out, NEXT!!". That is hurting the membership numbers. Until DZ`s start treating every single Tandem as a Potential Aff Student, then we losing potential future Fun Jumpers.. I realize that no matter what is done, The vast majority of Tandems will not return, but I think we could do a better job making sure they know what options are available to them. I have thought about this before and thought maybe an "Intro to Skydiving Video" that explains what their options and what they could do next would be a great way for them to pass the time while waiting for their own Jump video to be edited and copied. Or maybe even have them watch this after the Bill Booth Video. Something that tries to sell the idea that they could become licensed Jumpers too.

    Easy. Price yourself out of the market. Figure out what the absolute most they are willing to pay and ask for 20% more. You may get it for a short time, But it will motivate them to find a replacement.

    hope you get paid this week then. Cause Nothing is Definately happening the Farm this weekend. The Fat British Guy is finally coming back, Rockstar said she is making an all weekend apearance, Pyke is drinkin again and it only take like two beers and he is sloppy(er than usual anyway), Ben and Jen will be around. And then there will be all those other people there but they dont count. OH... And the most important reason of all... I will be there all weekend. What more could you possibly ask for?
