    PMI is Principal Mortgage Insurance. Most lender require you to have this if you owe more than 80% of the Value of the Home. Basically it is an Insurance Policy that protect the Lender if you default on the loan and they have to forclose. The Insurer will then pay the Lender any money they loose on the transaction. Some lenders will offer NO-PMI loans but you will pay a Higher interest rate. If you plan on being in the house only a couple years, This may be a Good option. Talk to a Good mortgage broker and they can offer you lots of advise on which Mortgage is right for you.. But also make sure you talk to more than one. Never forget that a Mortgage broker is making a commission off whatever loan they sell you and may not always have your best interest in mind. Be wary of Interest Only Loans and ARMs, They can really bite you if you are not careful.

    Insurance and Taxes are usually rolled into your monthly mortgage payment and held in escrow by your lender and they pay these for you as they come due. Unexpected repairs?? A good Home inspection by a professional Home inspector (Something you should absolutely do before buying any home) should help reduce and "Unexpected" repairs for a while. Not saying you will not need repairs, But you should atleast have an idea of what to expect. You really need to put about 20% down on a House to avoid PMI (Principal Mortgage Insurance). Sometimes you can avoid PMI by getting your house reappraised shortly after you move in. As long as you owe less than 80% of the appraisal value, You can avoid PMI. Far CD`s and Bonds go... You can get almost as much interest with High yield savings right now with ING direct or Citibank on a standard Savings account and still have full access to your money without penalties for early withdrawal. Buying a house also has huge TAX benefits.

    I think the point here is that the motivations and or the Credibility of the source is highly in doubt. Hans says nothing to worry about. We know who he is and we trust him. Then we have some anonymous unknown people coming on here and making unsubstantiated claims. With the history of ASC and Skyride Owners that have a reputation deception, dishonest business tactics and outright lies surely you can see why no one believes you no matter how many new user names you keep creating.

    Yes. I am organizing another Charity Poker Tournament This year. Pokerstars is once again helping us out and has sent Hats and Tee-Shirts for everyone that makes the Final Table. I will also have Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. This will be a Two Table Tournament. Starting around 8:00pm on FRIDAY Night. The Entry Fee is $20 and 100% of the entry fees will be donated to the local animal shelter. Bring your own CHAIR!! I also still need two volunteer Experienced Dealers. Please let me know if anyone can help me out here.

    And so is Bit Torrent!! I have every episode. Hopelessly hooked on this show. Visually spectacular and great Characters. I loved last nights twist where they realigned the show with some Historical accuracy by marrying Mark Anthony to Octavia. The only thing I really didn’t like was the way they had Brutus "commit Suicide" after the battle in the last episode. HBO spent $100 Million Making the first season (Actually HBO spent 85 and BBC spent 15). Great Show that is almost somewhat occasionally historically accurate!! They have canceled it (Cost way too high to continue) after this season. Now that HBO has canceled Deadwood, Rome and Sopranos.. probably save $15 a Month off my cable bill!!

    None of us have "Right" to be here. "This aint no damn Democracy" to quote the owner of this site. Wanna an answer to your question.. Call the DZ just like all the other people did on Saturday when you and/or someone else started several threads about this. Far as I know, There is absolutely no truth to this. Having all these Brand new posters show up and start asking this question I think is just an attempt to discredit and cause problems for the farm most likely originating from a nearby rival DZ and/or disgruntled former employees. The farm is Flying Loads and welcoming everyone that wants to come out and jump as always.
