How do people dislocate their shoulders in freefall?
carbonezone replied to HydroGuy's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I dislocated mine last diver out of the casa. Not sure why just popped out OUWI! I believe myself to be in pretty good shape. It was just one of those things I now pull with my left hand as a result. Tami -
Thanks Jim.....Tommy was right there by his side and went after the other dog when he attacked the Herc. Scotty threw a bottle at the Dog to get him off Herc and Tommy took off when the bottle hit the other dog. Tommy then went to check on Herc when he ran under the bus . Herc is progressing well but, I am honestly not sure at this point if he will be the same. He taking this worse than when he lost his leg . I am quite confident, once we get him out of HERE and to ZHills "his favirot DZ", all will be forgotten Tami

Scotty and I stayed at the Sea Dell several times. It is a very nice Hotel. Some of the rooms have kitchen as well. We would give the Sea Dell 2 thumps up! Scotty and Tami -

Thanks Bob......but, NO burgers for Herc! Must eat doggy and healthy food. He gets so much poeple food at the cut-away cafe. I need to get a little bandana on him that says "dont feed me...my daddy breaks enough rules" . He has been getting food from me....by spoon for a few days now "chicken, turkey and his own dog food". His treat, "with his medication mixed in" is yogurt. He eats it right off the spoon just like a baby !!! Tami

Yea…this is a tuff one. In all fairness Herc almost always plays the “this is my dropzone card”, and will do the normal standoff thing and they (the dogs) work it out. So he is no angel ….but he has never ever bitten or hurt another dog. He has never ever growled or even looked cross-eyed at a child. We think it might have been about food. Scotty and Edwardo were walking down to the bus “Scotty carrying dinner”. Tommy (bad doggy) was walking with Edwardo. Herc was walking with Scotty. Herc took off running for the bus door and BOOM Tommy took off after Herc and attacked him from behind. I heard the attack at the DZ next door was over a piece of chicken. I have never heard of Tommy being aggressive with children but I wouldnt trust it AT ALL. Thanks for the well wishes! Tami

Speaking of Herculese......my poor baby has been turned into HERCENSTEIN. He was attacked by another dog on Saturday (no he didnt provoke it). We are very lucky he is alive. The BIG LAB (new Dropzone Dog) grabbed him by his neck and shook the heck out of him. Then he threw him in the air. We thought his jugler was torn the way he bled. I have never felt so helpless. It was 7:30 at night and we couldnt find an emergency hospital forever. We finally did and rushed him in (1.5 hours away). He had surgery on his neck and back. He has drain tubes in his back and neck along with approx 36 stiches. He is resting right now but I will take a picture of my little Hercenstein when he has to go out and pee-pee Weirdly enough, when we left for the hospital the owner took his dog to the dropzone next door and he attacked a dog over there too. Me thinks this dog needs to stay at home. The owner of the bad doggy gave us $100 for the vet bill before we left. He said he would pay for the rest. Sure hope he feels the same way when I give him the $700 receipt . All that matters to me right now is that my hercenstein is ok ! Tami

Oh, and she has never gotten drunk and puked all over the DZ either!Quote
