    I agree with both of DSE's posts. The Storm is an awesome canopy, but a whole different kuind of beast from the Triathlon. Also consider that a used Storm is hard to find in a size you would be safe with. A new(er) canopy is more expensive! If you're decided on a seven cell, try Spectre as well. However, if you're hell-bent on a Storm, get a bigger size. I've never jumped a Tri, but compared to the Spectre, the Storm is way bigger a challenge at the same WL.     Sunset load a few years ago. Yep, it was a lemming jump. 10 or 12 of us and only one looked down during freefall. He opened high and landed only 2 miles out. Got an "Oh Crap!" feeling while looking at the sunset over the DZ on the horizon after opening. Hah - that reminds me...     Do I get the use of all the equipment which is crucial to facilitate my survival (please note that I refrained from using a word as 'guarantee') as well as the training which is needed to utilise aforementioned equipment in the conditions specific to the activity stipulated in your post?     +1. DZ.com is an open forum and all that, so I thought really hard before posting this. My Gf started SL when I had just obtained my HI-rating. We both felt that it would be best if I wouldn't touch her FJC and progression with a 20 foot pole. But being from a small DZ remaining completely uninvolved is kinda hard to achieve. Even if you're not on duty at the time and mrely fun jumping, you got the rating so you help out when necessary. But I reckon that every coach/instructor can relate to that.
