    I too am in EMT school, about half way thru. I have not encountered any one passing yet, but as an overly compasionate person, I can imagine its gonna be rough for me. I know here we have couselors available to talk to just for this sort of thing. Its a lot to deal with mentally and physically. Check with your school or dept and see whats available. Maybe you can find some sort of peace in knowing that you did do all you could do. I firmly believe that when it is our time, it is our time, regardless of what help may be there. Thank-you for doing all you could do and going thru the schooling to become and EMT, I know how tough it is.

    I agree with Pop here, skydivers are a very close nit group, and while we all might not like one another, we are still one big dysfunctional family. What is the big deal with letting us know who you are? Im inclined to think that you are a troll and dont even jump. There are plenty of forums out there that you can post on. This one is not made up of a bunch of random people. I doubt if anyone on here knows everyone who posts here, but it guaranteed that we are all linked together in at least one way. So either fill out your user profile or go away...

    We were up (my sister and I) and at Circuit City by 5am, the line was a 1/4 of a mile away from the store. However, we were done by noon, found some awesome sales and are 99% done with Christmas shopping. It was my first experience with black Friday, we had a blast, just having sister time!
