Thanks for the heads-up. Hope he gets what he has coming to him. I work as an Event Registrar and handle several major events every year. You'd probably be suprised at the number of people who send hundred's dollars of cash just inside a piece of notebook paper. I don't even like sending checks in the mail!

All I can say is that they are very close to arresting someone. I wish I could tell more but it may hurt the investigation. My biggest concern in all of this is what is keeping this creep from getting out of dodge? It would be driving me up a wall sideways with as long as it has taken them. Hugs to you Brandy! 2002 Wings, Triathalon 150, Tempo 150 reserve & a cypres with 4 years left... I can't wait to to get it. This will be by far the nicest rig I have ever had! Sold my horse to get it but hey, priorities RIGHT!!!!

My sister is making her first tandem at Zhills this Sunday! It took me 2 years to convince her and now that she has decided, she is ecstatic!... More good news... I got a rig I got a rig I got a rig... yeah so I too AM BACK!!!!

personally what I think you did was right, and 10 years ago, I would have done the same thing. However, I have been conditioned by society that being a "squeaky wheel" is seldomly a good thing. Even by those who claim they need to be told. I have been sexually harrassed on the job site (and for those of you who know me, you know that would take a lot) and I lost my job for taking it to HR. I know what you have is apples and that is oranges. But in every situation where I thought I was doing the right, it always backfired on me and I was damned for doing the right thing. I hope that doesnt happen to you and kudos to you for doing what was right!

I owuld sue for damages, but it might cost more in the long run and odds are if he doesnt have insurance, he wont have any money to pay a lawsuit either. So best case scenerio however is that he has a judgement on his credit file. I would however put big bolders or something else that would do some major damage on some fuck wads car should it happen again. I live right on a "S"curve and if I owned this place, I would have put big boulders in the ditch along the "S" curve along time ago... why b/c the inbreed stupid fuck rednecks around here like to haul ass around the "S" curve and often loose control and go thru the chain link fence. The fence is down now b/c it happened a fe months back. My landlord however doesnt want to risk hurting anyone by putting boulders in the ditch. Glad he has enough money to continually replace an acre of chain link. This made the 6th time in 10 years that it has happened.

Yeah the summary of it sounds like paradise. But it has really jacked with the kids. They are really hurting over this and they dont understand. However, I never say bad things about him in front of them and trust me, when he goes 2 weeks or more w/o calling it is really hard. I can't even stand it when they are gone over night. I can't fathom how a parent can do this. All b/c he wants to live the "skydivers" dream of just floating all over the US & other countries... There is no man (or woman) or any amount of money PERIOD that could ever make me walk away from my kids, they are my breath, my heart beat, my soul. Without them, I would be nothing.

I am usually one of the last ones to help the people who are begging on the streets ( I used to be much softer hearted about this, but had a real bad experience once) anyway, for the past 3 weeks or so there has been a man standing at the stop light at the exit ramp where I get off the interstate. He has had the same outfit on for the entire time, so Im guessing he is geniunely down on his luck. Anyway 2 days ago I gave him a couple of dollars and asked him if he would like a warm coat. He told me yes so I brought them today on my way to work. He was so appreciative and put them both on right there (it was in the low 30's this morning). It made me cry, just seeing how much I made his day better. Dunno what it is about this man, but my heart really goes out to him. He is probably in his mid-60's or so... but just seems like a nice man. We have tons of homeless around this town, and he is new, never seen him before the past few weeks...

In a lot of cases that would be a good thing... I saw a bumper sticker the other day that about made me wreck from laughing so hard... it said: "Don't stop working, the millions on welfare are depending on you"... OMG I never laughed so hard!

Dont get a veneral Disease (VD) on VD (Valentines Day) take Raid (insect repellant) along to kill the crotch bugs, and wrappers (condoms) for extra safety!

Make sure you take some Raid and some Wrappers it would sure suck to get VD on VD....
