There are several other people that know what's going on...and he's probably giving them the silent treatment as well. I promise that it's nothing serious...he's just being silly.

It's not over anything serious. He's just being a child and can't handle being fed some of his own medicine.

So I'm currently getting the silent treatment from a supposedly grown man. What do you think of the silent treatment?

I had one in college to replace not being allowed to have a grill. They're nice if you don't have any other options....but if you do have the option of a real grill, take the real grill.

In the past it's always been just another night for me. I've been to a couple of small new years parties but nothing of note. However, this year I will be spending it at the Farm. And despite the fact that I have to work at 7am New Years Day (only for about 2 hours fortunately) I have a feeling it's going to be a really great party.

The Steelers still have a chance...we need 1 of 3 things to happen. 1) Steelers Win + Texans loss or tie + Jets loss or tie. 2) Steelers Win + Texans loss or tie + Ravens loss or tie. 3) Steelers Win + Jets loss or tie + Ravens loss or tie + Broncos loss or tie.

Someone at work told me that this year instead of running "A Christmas Story" for 24 hours they'll be running "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" for 24 hours. Has anyone else heard this?

Had some today at work thanks to a client having 5 delivered to us for Christmas. I thought it was quite good. I loved the extra garlic on the crust.

There is still hope for the Steelers Pittsburgh -- A week ago Pittsburgh had a 1.6 percent chance of making the playoffs according to Football Outsiders. But Denver's loss to the Raiders means the Steelers could end up heading into the final week of the season controlling their own destiny with a win over the Ravens and some breaks this weekend. Steelers fans, whom to root against: In a two or multi-team tie at 9-7 the Ravens would edge Pittsburgh because of their superior division record. Unless Baltimore loses to Pittsburgh and follows it up with an unexpected loss to the Raiders, Pittsburgh needs Baltimore to finish as the No. 5 seed. So the key for the Steelers is to get a loss by the Broncos, most likely this weekend against Philadelphia. They also have to have Jacksonville lose one of its last two games, most likely against New England this weekend. By going 9-7, Pittsburgh would eliminate Miami by beating them head-to-head and the Steelers hold head-to-head tiebreakers against the Broncos and Titans. The Texans are doomed against almost everyone, but they do hold a tiebreaker advantage against Pittsburgh based on common opponents, so the Steelers need them to lose one more game.

I used to always go out with the wrong guys. I never had anyone open doors for me or anything like that. Then one time I was simply hanging out with a guy and he would always let me walk in front, open every door (even the car), carry everything for me, and try to pay for everything. It felt nice. But at the same time I was so unused to it that it felt awkward. I complained about it a little at first. But then gave up when he kept doing it. (Mind you we were just friends hanging out, not a couple.)

Yeah...I'd really like to hear his "reasoning" behind that one.
