    Don't worry about the tab. Sure, you started it and put a dozen drinks on it but you don't have to pay it, you only have to leave a tip ... Sure, some guy built up a drunken tab at the bar and left without paying. But then we took his seat, they handed us the bill, and apparently - in a genius move to pay the tab, - we decided the best way to get it paid would be to buy a few rounds for the entire bar and the bars next door. That'll get it paid FASTER. I'm hopeful.......

    One time a Master Rigger who has been at it longer than I have been alive told me that "true line dump will kill you". I do not know if that is an accurate statement but who am I to call bullshit on someone with such a great deal of knowledge and experience. I thought that line dump can lead to a hard opening which can lead to a broken neck, broken back, torn aorta, etc... which can kill you. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I should add that getting line dump before line stretch isn't what can kill you (although it can lead to a malfunction). What can kill you is getting line dump and canopy inflation before line stretch ... once again, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch

    I'm unfamiliar with a sitting student exit (I was never a "student"). Can you please explain? PS: I always do inside exits on solo jumps so that the pilot knows when I've left. "That looks dangerous." Leopold Stotch
