Jaleesa's Persuasive Essay: DOGS vs CATS (long, but worth it)
Jewels replied to ACMESkydiver's topic in The Bonfire
That's just a painful process. It obviously paid off for her, though! TPM Sister #102 -
LOL--Duly warned, then! TPM Sister #102

It SAYS I'm in Bonfire . . . . TPM Sister #102

Hooray for the non-lame people!!

Well, given that it's for a vitally good cause, I think we can overlook it. TPM Sister #102

Jaleesa's Persuasive Essay: DOGS vs CATS (long, but worth it)
Jewels replied to ACMESkydiver's topic in The Bonfire
WOW! Jaleesa is a THINKER and she knows what she likes. (That's a good thing, since it's a "persuasive" essay!) -
You know this completely ruins any reputation you may have been trying to build as a bad @#$#. TPM Sister #102

AH! Yep, "less subtle" was just what I needed. I think that's great! TPM Sister #102

I somehow missed the original thread about this, but I DON'T want to be lame, so I have taken care of my duties. Donation made--and GO KELLY!!!

Oh, great, now you're going to call down the forces of heaven. I'm moving out of the way before the lightning starts. TPM Sister #102

Notice how nobody wants to stand too close to you anymore? That guy? Oh yeah, no idea who he is. TPM Sister #102

Can you imagine what they'll be able to do by the time they are old enough to jump? I think a new standard is being formed. Next time, I want to see the instructors fly! I thought they were supposed to this time, but it was a pretty full evening as it was. TPM Sister #102
-
Oh, please. You were just BARELY out of the awards! I thought you did a great job. I'm with you about the kids, though. Yeah. Puts in all into perspective, doesn't it? TPM Sister #102

Please attach! I'd like to see.

Jim took first in the adult category; Ellie (shocker) took first in the younger category (as opposed to "kids," because she doesn't entirely qualify for that label). I need help with naming second and third place finishers, and for the two-way competition, although I believe Bob and Jarrod tied for first in the two-way portion of the evening. Jay Epstein also placed a couple of times, of course. All in all, it was a great night. Where's someone "official" who can help with this information? TPM Sister #102

The first SVCO Tunnel Challenge was GREAT! Nice job to everyone who participated, and thanks to SVCO for all the hard work that went into putting the challenge together. What a fun night!

Looks like a lot of fun! TPM Sister #102

Yeah, maybe--but I didn't see it the first time and so I'm glad it's up again. TPM Sister #102

Except that none of the SVCO instructors are available because their public won't let them go. Welcome to the Hotel Colorado. . . . (Don't go giving any of them ideas! ) Necessary disclosure over. that being said, Ontario would be awesome! TPM Sister #102

Hmmm, I kind of see it from the other side, I guess. I think if that kind of thing bothered ME, it wouldn't be because I was concerned that my partner was harboring old feelings for the ex. It would be because the gift symbolized the ex's one-time feelings for my partner. Granted, we're just talking about a coffee cup but it's something you see and use every day or so. So, every time it comes out of the cupboard, it's a visual reminder of the old relationship. I don't think I'd be upset about a coffee cup, but I can see how it could be irksome. The past may be long over, but the reminder just goes on and on. A coffee cup problem may be taking it a little far, but I think we've already agreed that the coffee cup itself isn't the underlying issue. TPM Sister #102

I'm so sorry. She's precious! Give her lots of love. TPM Sister #102

I cannot begin to imagine what kind of pain that would be. After the first day, there would be no more walking left. I would have to find a wheelchair. TPM Sister #102

What's the coldest temperature you've ever seen where you live?
Jewels replied to BillyVance's topic in The Bonfire
I'd say "fuck you" but that might come off as a PA. So I'll say ... nothing ... (I'm just bitter about the game yesterday. Okay, not really.) TPM Sister #102 -

LOL! I don't know where it was on the thermometer (hence, "seeing" the cold), but every few years we get cold weather and have a blast where our highs are below zero and our lows are in double digits below. Still, I think it probably was only in the - twenties. It probably comes from Canada. TPM Sister #102 -
Considering ass slapping is a more commum occurence at DZs, I'm not sure how Steve would explain the funny texture of his buns! lol I think the mountain bike approach is better. TPM Sister #102
