Amir The girl you ask about was at the Dz a few days after her landing injury, she had suffered a broken nose and a airline frature of the hip ... think that was all. Other than that she was fine, she told me she made a low turn to try land on the grass on the south landing area as she was going to be long on the apprach.
  4. Gail From what I found when I looked into it a few years back was that there is very little Aid work done in Africa via Parachute. Even the most remote areas are serviced by either 4x4 or food aid para drop. Your best bet would be to get intouch with organizationsns such ad WHO - world Health organizations UN - United Nations UNICEF It's a very rewarding but tough way to help others, and one needs to commit to a long term or life time effort to help those less fortunate than others. If you want to help in a big way look into the NGO's that assist AIDS Orphans and Abused Women and Children ... one can make a massive effect on their lives.

  20. Amanda Your more than welcome. And thanks for FlyingAerodyne, again when choosing a new canopy to replace your Triathlon. I would wish you soft opening, great flights and tippy toe landing, but that already included in the design of the Pilot. Now all i need to do is get you to teach me how to sitfly Blue Skies Karl Meyer Sales Representative Aerodyne Research Office: 1 813 891 6300 Mobile: 1 813 841 2149 karl@flyaerodyne.com www.flyaerodyne.com
  21. " " The Triathlon is a very well know canopy that has been in service for a few years, and as we all learn from technology and those who jump and test jump our canopies, certain adjustments are made. These are not done (well in many cases) to correct a flaw in design, but rather to improve the over all performance of the canopy, and this in turn is beneficial to the jumpers who jump these canopies.
  22. Andy We are currently using the Version 4.0 Trim for all Triathlons, if you order a new line set from us it will be in the 4.0 Version. The 4.0 Update is on the steering line configuration and length. The 4.0 update is not yet available on-line, but I'm making sure that happens.
