  5. Hey Sarah! Im the guy who was doing handstands in Perris training the headdown position... The handstands in the floor helped me a lot. I was able to hold the headdown for ~35 seconds in the last jump.

  19. From the "Command Prompt" (Start -> Run -> cmd), go to the desired directory and type "dir > filename.txt". example: c: cd \windows dir /B > c:\output.txt The output from "dir" command will be inserted in the file created as "c:\output.txt". HTH *sorry about my bad english
