As far as I know, school age students have no constitutional protection. The authorities can do whatever they like whenever they like. This is how they get away with censoring and otherwise suppressing student newspapers and stories. The courts have said that minors have no rights that way. This is a perversion of a good thing. The good part is it is the provision that allows for a juvenile court system (for the good and bad that it does) and allows for other protections that youngsters have. The closer the risers are together, the harder it is for the slider to transit all the way down. My guess is that you have been overtightening your chest strap all along and have just now noticed the slider problem. I know that when I first started jumping, I thought the chest strap had to be as tight as possible. I had the same problem with the slider. loosening the strap fixed it. GIve it a try. NEW PARTY, inclusive, aggressive, unashamed of their values and unafraid to take the fight to the doorstep of the right. Currently, the DNC does not represent the center OR the left. They represent the center right. The left has been COMPLETLEY ABANDONED. If there was ANY representation of the left out of the current DNC, Rice would not be Secretary of State, Gonzales would not be Attorney General and Bush would not be POTUS, we would not have gone into Iraq and (I don't know this for sure, but I guess) there wouldn't be such hysteria coming from the FCC about what is on the TV. Your chest strap is probably too tight. Try jumping with a loosened chest strap. The libertarians SOUND good, but if you look beyond the rhetoric, you quickly see that the goals are unacheivable with the policies they advocate. The left has no voice anymore. The only option is to form a new and better party to represent the interests of the left. I don't see this happening for maybe another decade or so. You should not rush to judgment on that. I say let the DNC die off fast as opposed to slow. The DNC are the Whigs of the 21st century. It took the Whigs a decade or more to finally die off. That is what gave rise to the (at that time) more liberal and progressive Republicans. Now that BOTH the GOP AND the DNC represent the right, there must be a new party that is both willing and able to represent the left. We almost had it with the Greens, but they were not able to survive the self destruction of their figurehead, Ralph Nader. There currently is no party that has both the capacity and the capability to represent the left. The sooner the DNC is gone, the sooner the left will be forced to form a new party that will be able to challenge, and hopefully defeat, the right. Skydivers don't knock on Death's door. It has to do with inhibiting the inevitable bacterial contamination that occurs when a product is opened.
