    Nope, that would be Maryland. The dumbest assholes EVER to get behind the wheel drive here. It's so bad that you don't even have to be able to read to get what passes for a license here, someone will read the test to you. It is standard practice to make left runs from the right lane, cut across three lanes of interstate to make the ramp, signal left while turning right and all while having the highest percentage of drunk drivers in the nation.     The fatality rate for jumping (based on 2000 numbers) is 1 in 225,000. The fatality rate for treadmills (yep treadmills)(ACSM Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription, 6th edition) is 1 in 10,000. You are much safer skydiving.
