the good news is....the ritz on your invasion weekend is forecasted for 80+ degrees and clear blue skies - but dammit....I still can't jump I for 1 feel your pain...having to wait another winter to start jumping finally (God-willing) is throwing me into a full blown depression. stupid lack of money! stupid me....blew my knee out at the beginning of the season....ah well, I will be back in the sky in november

Hmmm great..... Some sad fucker saved them from here Loser That sad fucker line just made me choke on my Spaghettio's! I wasn't expecting that. yeah was going to take today off after a massage and then went to gym and went riding for 25 minutes instead........felt better afterwards. i did 10 min of tunnel before I started AFF....I thought it was helpful for me...I had already done 3 tandems and had 2 iad jumps though. since i have gone back and done 1 hr and 15minutes in addition to what I had done prior to jumping.....all of which was extremely helpful. i think in general we pie for 100th...although we did get doc for his 200th (but we were at lost prairie and he got pied by two nekkid chicks in the shower) and then we got him for his 500th....again...we were at lost prairie. they did try to get me for my 200th as we were getting someone else for their 100th but I sensed something was up and they didn't get me.....although I did give the guy who got the 100th a big sloppy kiss. yep...I figure Acme must be busy. My routine. Physical therapy on mondays and now thursdays.....which usually kicks my ass. Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun.....go to gym although I usually take one of these days off. I ride the bike for 10 minutes, then recumbant bicycle for 15 minutes...then walk on the treadmill backwards with a 6% grade and 2 mph for 10 minutes. Ball therapy for stretching, pool therapy for more stretching and then swimming laps. Then in the hot tub to do my pool therapy in there (that is my favorite part). Usually go to the gym grumpy but leave in a good mood and the knee is doing well. Saw ortho yesterday and will be fitted for my jumping splint in october. He will see me again in 3 months. Last year at this time I was a size 14 and am now a size 8 - even went jeans shopping last week

That all depends on what you are talking about.
