    QUIET?????? Yeah, we are that quiet couple. Last year at Prairie I was known for telling a fellow jumper to "shut the F*** up at 0700" - that crazy bastard wanted to get every one up to go jumping...he learned not to wake me before my coffee......must have been the wine talking Seriously though...I will be the one with the bright lemon yellow canopy - yep, its hard to miss.     To watch your ass.....to keep your head on a swivel...to not downsize too quickly...to laugh and love those around you. To learn as much as you can about the sport....To not take life too seriously (knew that one prior to jumping).....to accept criticism and learn from your mistakes.     I live in Wa. state which isn't too far from whistler....about 3 hours north of seattle. i am on the east side of the state, but you could always make a weekend out of it. You could always jump Kapowsin, Snohomish or Mt. Vernon which are closer to you than we would be.     Umm, that someone else will pay for it all? Seriously, I would really love to attend- I'm quite sure ya'll are a blast...but the timing this year, not so good. By next year I'll be back on my feet and ready to experience LP to its fullest extent.... Just remember LP turns 40 this year! Even if you come for a couple of days to camp and jump just a day or two....it is well worth it!     I know that you aren't going to believe this but....I was just going to make a post about the best wines to taste....we must have ESPN tonight!!!! the new one I have tonight is Campus Oaks Old Vine Zinfandle (2003)...if you like Zins...this is one of the best I have had. 14 hands has a nice merlot and a nice cab sauv as well. I love Ravenswood too. What can I say...I am a sucker for a good wine.     If it was someone that I knew or talked to frequently - ABSOLUTELY! Livendive stayed with me and doc last week before he headed out to Dublin.     I keep similar limitations...If it is about 15 and steady I have very little penetration - just a little bit so anything much more than that or anything that gusts around 20 - I just don't do. I have a 190 spectre and have a heck of a time getting the canopy to collapse - even with the tricks i have been taught. I am all for having longevity in this sport which means knowing my limitations and being comfortable with saying "no" or "I am done."     you'll have to send me the video......and yes I will bring beer, just don't know if i will be jumping in richland before bigbird flies north for the season.
