I've packed for 4 years, at rate of 4 rigs in 20 min comfortably, and I think I know my shit when it comes to packing sport rig, and ZPX does not pack two sizes smaller. Worn out ZPX will probably pack a full size smaller, and ZPX gets old in a weird fashion. I doubt that any ZPX canopy will be able to jump upward of 3000-4000 jumps. They get all stretchy and weird over time. There is a reason why they stopped making Sensei in ZPX. Get a normal ZP, everyone has hard time packing at first and they all learn eventually. Doesn't this depends on how the weight is distributed to front and rear riser? Or is it because most of the lift is created on A and B lines? I've had FX and VX that had very little range on its rear riser, and during its flight the rears felt super light, and felt as if all the weight were hanging on the front riser. Thus creating super heavy front riser pressure and super light/almost none existing rear riser pressure. There were slacks on D lines as well on both FX 99 and VX 84 that I had. Newer Icarus(JVX and JFX) did get better than VX and FX but it seems like heavy front and light rear are typical Icarus canopy characteristic. Just speculation here.
