  1. If you have bagged on us, I am going to stick your head in a toilet first time I meet you. Silly wannabe monkey, you can't bag on a trip because of a bad forecast. Chuck PS: we all made five jumps today.
  2. No. It will be "the next generation nine-cell elliptical".
  3. Besides being an incredible waste of one person's PERSONAL bandwidth, a lot of the current threads are just fucking repulsive and mindless. I have been given the levity to act with command authority and dump/edit/move stuff as I see fit. You cannot win when you are picking fights with us or any other person on these forums, I promise you that. That said, we mostly exercise a great deal of restraint. These days, though, we seem to be very busy. Just stop and think what kind of shit you may be starting when you start some of these threads. Get singled out as a rabble rouser here and we will absolutely baniish you from the site. Log on as a newly created screen name and we will surely pick you right back out, then banish your IP. That is not the intent of this website, so why even push it? Once again, everyone of us "greenies" are real people just tasked with maintaining some semblance of order. I would much rather be like the Maytag Repairman. Chuck
  4. That is not really accurate, Chris. True ISP-based AFF involves nine jumps in the different lettered categories before being cleared to self supervise and get coaches for the other requisite sign-offs. "AFF" can be very different from dropzone to dropzone; something the ISP was supposed to fix. STill, many dropzones keep to what they know. Chuck
  5. Lew, don't cut your hair. Period. Long hair on a woman rules! Isn't that right, Katie? I wish I could find my cellphone so I could take a picture of my completely out of control mop. Yep, I can put it in a ponytail already.
  6. Last time I checked, I was just over 70 wpm, that stopping and fixing my errors as I went; not cheating. I'll tell you what; who in the world thought that taking one quarter of typing in the ninth grade would have accounted for so much of my time. Unbelievable. I am just thankful that I took it seriously, made a game of it, and to this day can still type my ass off. Noice.
  7. NOICE! I am sure you monkeys will make me proud. Chuck Blue D-12501 BM-I (among other things)
  8. Any fabric store. That, or just go by your local alteration shop and tell them your specific needs. There is a little shop in Raeford that had mine done in one day. Would have waited on the work to be done, but old girl had to drive all the way back into Fayetteville to get the zippers. My bad. Chuck
  9. Socks with sandals? You must play soccer. Very, very lame to wear socks with sandals. Chuck
  10. Hans, you KNOW you are my brother and I hope you win the whole thing. I was just going on the overall win total makes you the ultimate winner theory. That said, I hope you bring it home for the southern boys. Like you said: "so long as I beat T.J. it's all good." YOU DA MAN, HANSIE! Chuck
  11. I don't know. I do know that he will not be bringing any S3's.
  12. Well, Will, the answer is yes in both regards, but that depends on what is important to you. If you want a national and world medal, then one would be best off hitting only PST events because THAT is the sanctioned series. While I am sure RedBull will have a wonderful prize for the ultimate winner (probably Heath Richardson), that placing, unless also accompanied by a top ten placing in the PST Oregon meet, will not get you into the world meet at Perris. Do you follow me? Chuck
  13. I just got off the phone with Jari and he is bringing ALL of his demos, new suits, used suits, whatever, minus one suit. All are for sale, so bring yo money if you want to work a deal with my monkey. Also, bring a spare liver or a dialysis machine. Chuck
  14. My guess is that she probably has two arms....
  15. Basically, yes. That said, Jim and Lyle are the people that spent their own money and put forth the effort to get their series sanctioned as "the" national and world event. There are not a lot of people who can afford to make all the meets on both sides, but man, I wish I was one of the ones who had the freedom to do so. Chuck
  16. My factory Sabre2 97 packs a tad bit bigger with the very-large logo on the bottom, but it still fits in the smallest Jav, so I don't mind at all.
  17. 0:14:0 The weather mostly cooperated, though we did have one monsoon blow through. I did a mix of tandems, AFF, BirdMan with Lou Diamond, MattM, and A.C., and even some freeflying with Padawan and Droop. Swooped the piss out of my Velocity 79 and my Sabre2 97, and went through the airblades under a Sigma 370 with a passenger. Someone had a party off the dropzone and had like eight cases of leftover beer, so we obliged him by drinking the majority of it. Lou Diamond is Jonesing for a SkyFlyer 3 now very badly after jumping mine about six times. Chuck
  18. That is actually not the case at all. All are names of fighter planes. This directly from the horses mouth. Yes, the "next generation nine-cell elliptical" will be debuted soon enough, but no, it will absolutely NOT be named "Stilletto 2." Chuck
  19. Amish like to died threw his PC like a bitch snivelled for a grand
  20. It's all relative in the end. You know what, my last five years in the army I made about ten grand per year more than any other member of my extended family and the ALL have at least a masters degree in one discipline or another. This as an enlisted Special Forces soldier, not an officer. I have over three years of college, but none of it, other than my economics courses, made any difference in my post-retirement skydiving carreer. Do what makes YOU happy. No amount of education is going to get you invited on a 100-way or onto one of my BirdMan flocks. If you want to be a professional skydiver, then get the requisite skill set and get to work. My sister with her MSW can not afford to skydive; too bad. Chuck
  21. Uh, forget the long-distance canopy shots. We want to see the shots of the nig-noggery on the ground.
  22. I am the monkey I made twelve jumps this weekend Lou Diamond did two others
