    If this is true, why does the MSF beginners course use 250cc bikes like the Honda Rebel for their classes? The bottom line is that for beginning riders, the 250cc bike is a much safer choice to begin riding on... that's why they don't start them off on bigger bikes.     Wow, I can't believe the number of replies voting for a bigger bike to start back riding on!!! There's absolutely nothing wrong with starting on a Honda Rebel, in fact, it's a very smart thing to do! My only advice would be to buy one a few years older, that way, you won't take much of a hit when you're ready for something bigger and you resell it... Good call on taking the MSF course too, it was one of the smartest things I did when I decided to start riding again. Keep the rubber side down!     It's not gonna taste like any other beer you've had, and it's gonna be WAY different than the blueberry wheat beer you just had! If you like a lighter beer, Shiner also makes Shiner Light, which I really like... but don't confuse it with Coors or Bud light, it's still a real beer taste.     Bayesian filtering is the best defense against spam... if you're willing to do a little work to train it, Popfile rocks as a spam filter... you can find it here http://popfile.sourceforge.net/ I had my Popfile installation trained well, and it was about 99.8% accurate, before I switched my email to IMAP. Now I'm relying on Spam Assassin on my mail sserver, and it's okay, but nowhere near as accurate as Popfile was...     You're not getting full benefit of an audible if you purchase one with a single tone... there's a reason that all of them support multiple tones now. I have one of the older model Timeouts that I purchased used for $50 bucks... it only supports one 'settable' tone, but has additional tones at 2500' and 1500'... and I like that! I set the first to breakoff, I'm usually in some stage of opening by the second (or should be!), and almost never hear the third...
