    I have done the paper arsehole and circle the goggle method. My issues was that my goggles are low profile and the mark felt (looked) like it was to close to my eye, wrong focal length maybe? "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

    Haha, I will remember that. I don't want to by holyer than thou. I will try the pencil lead rubbing to create the template. That is a great idea thanks! I can't drill through the mounting holes, they are blind holes and don't go all the way through. I think later mounts had holes that were all the way through. Thanks for all the responses.     Definetly going with the nylon screws. The hardest thing is going to be drilling the holes in the right spots.     I have had my nice polarized ring sight in the bag for almost two seasons now. I also ended up with the nice anodized mount with the quick release. I think I purchased from Trunk? I have been procrastinating the install for so long I think I have to find the parts in boxes, damn moves! When I install the ringsight should I install it on the side with my dominant eye? My new shooting hobby has brought to light that my left eye is dominant even though I am righty. The ring sight is going on a bonehead optic illusion that has a rebel XSi with a greatstuff mount, and a left side mounted PC in a cookie box.     Was this back in the round days? I only have one tandem cutaway after a number of seasons and numerous tandem pack jobs. Sigma with snap toggles, which I snapped, and the tandem master couldn't unsnap. At the time the stance was proclaimed to be "never snap the toggles", same dz several seasons later another packer doesn't snap the toggles and has a toggle fire resulting in a knot and a cutaway the new stance is "allways snap the toggles". I have yet to have a sport or student cutaway, knock on wood! This excludes the cutaway that I packed for myself! "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

    It was a bad shot. The Pharmacist after defending himself with a good shot, went and shot the kid when he was down on the ground. He got the verdict he deserved. The kid, unarmed or not, would still be alive if he didn't take part in an armed robbery. The kid got what was coming to him.     I don't expect tips when I pack for fun jumpers instead of tandems. Often you get a tip in the form of a jumper declining change, which is pretty cool. On the flip side I have seen people get full disclosure on the price per pack, and they then try to under pay at the end of the day. I don't pack sport rigs to pay the bills so I am not going to set the rate at 5 dollars a pack job to get volume up. Almost as good as a tip is having some one come right up to you at the end of the day with the right amount of cash, and without you having to shake them down.     What a load of horse shit. Every big corporation has a no gun policy, it has nothing to do with responsibility, and everything about limiting legal liability. Everytime a pizzahut employee shots in self defense they get fired. Your life is worth getting fired over. Employers with policies like this don't care if their pharmacist gets shot by a drug addict, and they don't care if their pizza driver gets lured to an abandoned house and killed.     Schumer is a idiot. Another big costs small results bullshit proposal. What about a 'Do not go to the Mall" list, lots of sitting ducks in our retails centers. What about a 'Do not ship via FedEx Air" list, lots of potential for cargo planes to start raining down across US population centers. I could probably come up with a 100 more, none of which will add any appreciable increase in american security, and will have a huge tole in fiscal cost and cost to the american way of life.     And what happens when you don't realize that your "setup was off". There have been way more experinced jumpers that didn't know when not to go for their swoop. Unless I am a hop and pop or a clear pull from altitude I will only do a conventional pattern with a 90 degree turn on to final, and I try my best to keep my head on a swivel and stay ahead of my canopy because it is going to overtake slower canopies.     There shouldn't be fully financed real estate loans, especially for your primary dwelling. If you couldn't save the 20% it casts real doubt on your ability to handle any type of bump in the road without foreclosing. "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

    Thats is a simplistic view of business. Some costs get passed on to consumers, some don't. some get passed on at different percentages, some get passed on at different percentages and different levels of cost. Perfect example, oil. Your Tide detergent has a huge commodities based cost to the manufacturer, but the price of Tide hasn't spiked like the price of gas. They are eating the additional cost.
