Actually there is a brand new law in place to protect renters in just this position. Anyone who finds themselves facing this situation should contact a lawyer or their local legal aid program (many of which have foreclosure programs in place).

My boys (2 dogs) believe if they stare at me long enough they can will me to do anything they want...they are usually right! Who could say no to these faces?

It is just about 10pm now and it is 86 degrees with 76% humidity and a heat index of 98. Earlier today though it was 98 with a heat index well over 100.

Purple mangosteen port (so very, very good) while I'm waiting for my dinner to cook and either a margarita or glass or pinot grigio with dinner...still have not decided!

Just for you!! Nothing too much, it is actually rather boring really, but I'm having a nice relaxing weekend at home for a change. Anyway, most nights I come home and have a sandwich or cereal for dinner and alcohol does not really go well with that. But tomorrow I plan to cook a real meal so, I'll look forward to a few drinks too!

Sounds like an interesting combination! When do you register for classes or will they register for you? I'm gathering up the same info for a student loan repayment program here at work. I'll be paying them off for the rest of my life!! Oh well, off to the office... Talk to you later!
