Let me see, you are the same Yuri who posted as Veter about your name entered to bounce bingo pool at the Ranch a few years ago? All I see is your mathematical bitching about wingsuits, and I'd like to know if you ever made a wingsuit jump and if you did I wanted to know if you ever flew in a flock. Besides that, I will go to the Ranch soon and check if you're still available (for the sake of it) Peace

We are a small company and severance is paid to every employee that's laid off. I guess I could suck it up until the summer and by then maybe we will have another round of layoffs where I can "volunteer" so I get the extra 2-3 months worth of salary. That's better than quitting and getting no severance since I already decided to leave this year. Yes, I have other opportunities ahead of me, though none of them completely secured.

Ok, so if a certain person is not on the "cut list", what can one do to get there and get him/herself laid off from work? I'm aware it's bad timing with so many companies letting people go and tough economic situation, but I'm looking for some advice about how to actually get laid off so one can collect severance and other perks instead of just quitting. Any ideas? This is a serious question.

That's me, that's me and I cannot have any more than that or it would never fit my small apt. Okay, one more rig would be cool, but I don't think I would ever want to hold on too much stuff if I wasn't using it constantly. But, I'm not a rigger also

USPA Membership Dues& Rating Fees going up?

Do not want to stir the pot, but there are documents available on guidestar.org It is a free service but requires to create a free account. USPA is required to fill out Form 990 every year. I believe I posted it about 2 years ago, statements from 2004 and 2003 were then available. Now they added 2006 and 2005. What Dave said. Pick a suit for specific thing and you will be better off. I know it makes you spend more money in the end but it will help you out significantly. (said a guy who owns 4 suits (slow belly, fast 4way belly, fflying, wingsuit) and looking for a camera suit) *ghhh spelling
