It sounds like you need a programmer, or at least someone good with php/html. as well as a graphic design type. Also, depending on the database(MySQL?) you'll need that skillset too. I'd guess it's not easy to find someone with all of those skills, who is really good, who will work for free. I have a sprinkling of all those skills, however, I don't have the time, and quite frankly, I'm not great at all all of them. I get by.....
