The problem with these braces occurs when you wear them constantly. If you cinch them up for lifts, then undo them the rest of the time, no sweat. However, if you are using the brace continuously, you are actually weakening those core muscles in your back and abdomen, because the brace is doing the job they should be doing. They are endurance muscles, and if not used constantly, will weaken. While you have a strain going on, it should be ok to wear it more or less continuously, at least for a few days. But then, curtail the use. I haven't read any of the other replies, so I apologize in advance if I'm being repetitive. -

Well, I can't really say that I've had a bad day, but definitely a day that has challenged my stress levels. I just finished filing taxes, closing out joint bank accounts with my ex, and had two people call in sick to work today, so had to cover their jobs. I'm not complaining, tho....I'm actually celebrating the fact that I have handled all of this calmly and been able to get everything done that needed doing. A glass of red wine would be just the ticket right about now!!

LOL people!! I love the creative suggestions for its use. I think Turtle may have the best solution-put a new label over it. It won't be so tempting then. Ok, so I tried it. Nothing that I could see happened. No missiles shooting out of the toilet, no sonic booms, nada. Of course, there is this annoying beeping sound that has started coming from the microwave.....
