Are you kidding? She's soo condescending when she huffs and says, "huff.....re-calcu-lating". She's such a bitch! Karen (the Aussie woman) is much better. Although she says, "shool" instead of school. It's so cute.

It's not only the adjustable rate mortgages, but the banks' lenient lending criteria. They were giving people credit they just couldn't handle, and people got way in over their heads. Now the mortgage companies are getting a little more stringent in their lending requirements. Unfortunately, that's not going to help all the people currently facing foreclosure.

Yes, check out your options. I have a friend who was in a similar circumstance, did a "refresher" in Eloy, and has jumped more than 300 times in the past year. (I hate him.) As for people's various debates on what makes you "in the sport", who cares. You'll get varying opinions, and they're all worth about the same. I myself, probably don't have the "right" to even be posting here since my jump numbers are only very small and only very slowly creeping up. Doesn't matter to me, I wouldn't presume to call myself a skydiver yet. And if, because of that, people don't want me hanging around, I'll try and console myself.

Because I discovered last year that AFF is rather expensive. I want to be able to make a commitment to finishing the course, including the possibility of repeating jumps, before getting back in the air. Right now I owe the IRS back taxes for 2006 and I want to get those squared away before they get too nasty. I expect to have that cleared up about the time the rainy season ends here in CA--plus it looks like I won't owe anything for 2007. Plus the rain here was absolutely relentless in January although I must say we have blue skies today! Bottom line is I expect to be back in the air, and ready to make a serious commitment to this sport for 2008, some time in March. Wait, I'm confused. Your profile says you have 85 jumps and you've been in the sport 24 years. If it's been 24 years and 85 jumps and you haven't completed AFF, you got some 'splainin to do!

I thought I was pretty well-informed about personal piercings, but yesterday I learned about two new ones. "Jacob's Ladder", where a series of small bars is inserted horizontally on the underside of the penis, and then there's one where silicone balls are inserted underneath the skin of the penis, for some 'ribbed' action. The downside is you are supposed to wait 6 weeks after having it done to resume sexual relations.

I want it! And for my part, I'm going to give back my facetious bitch award. I think I've fallen prey to the "one liner" syndrome when responding to posts of people that I don't necessarily get along with. But, I'm going to attempt to change my ways, and if I can't say something nice, I'll just try and ignore it. There may be some worthwhile exceptions, but I will try my best to be one of the positive, supportive people on here. However, I can't promise to give up my dry, sarcastic sense of humor. It's gotten me into trouble before, it very well may again.
