I'd say you're an ass, but you make me laugh. Dammit!!

frickle is not a word

ah....k....then I take back my earlier irritation.

No stalkers for me. I do, however, have several restraining orders taken out against me.

Mucinex if you have a cough at all or any phlegm (yuck). It works great and if you keep taking it til everything's clear, you'll be amazed at how fast it works.

ok, that did it. I smiled!

The latest: He made it to round three and was in the top 15 out of over 600. Still waiting to find out what happens next.

Happy Sky B-Day to you both!

I'll let you know if it happens.

I think it will stay here if we mention boobies again and then throw out a few {{{{hugs}}}}}}

It's funny how so many educated people think Colorado is full of rednecks and hillbillies. Haven't you ever watched the Beverly Hillbillies? Sheesh. You'd think you'd know better. And we don't talk with no country accent neither.

yep. You expressed it much better than I could have. And as long as we're being honest, I had a different reaction to the 2nd picture than the first as well. I was surprised to find it to be so, but there you have it. I was a bit repulsed by the second lady, yet had admiration for the first ladies pictured. I guess I owe Micro an apology. But I still want him to pay the penance he talked about.....tee-hee

[reply A cab driver once did the same thing for me in South Carolina. It was very cool; you should be proud of yourself. Nah, I've had my purse stolen twice and my apartment robbed once. I know too well how awful it feels. I was really happy to be able to spare her that!

It will never end; you'll always worry much more about your kid's well being than your own. I was talking to a skydiver friend of mine. He and his 18 year old son were jumping together, and once under canopy, my friend looked up to see his son above him, having just deployed, with 8 line twists. He couldn't do anything but watch as his son (who doesn't yet have his A license) calmly got everything worked out and his canopy caught air. My immediate response was, "I'm never going to let my daughter skydive!!" This parenting thing is far more scary than hurling oneself out of an airplane!!! None of us is perfect by a long shot. We just do the best we can. Don't beat yourself up; I'm sure you're doing much much better than you think! And a whole lot of love makes up for a whole slew of mistakes, believe me.

oooohh, (insert smiley face icon with one eyebrow raised) sounds intriguing!!

I was able to "pay it forward" this weekend. Leaving the light rail station late Friday night I found a purse~it still had cash, credit cards, id and social security card in it. I called the emergency contact number that I found inside the purse, and the next afternoon I was able to return the purse to a very happy young lady and her brother. The girl is from out of town, so she was ecstatic to see her stuff was all there. She was soooo relieved and happy!! It made my day to make her day!

Ditto for me. And chocolate is my favorite flavor of anything

You were robbed!! That was hilarious. AFV never picks the best one as the winner. My daughter and I have puzzled over that for awhile now. Thanks for sharing it!

Then I'd suggest getting a dog!

I interpreted that part of the story differently. I took it to mean that she wanted to end it and he wouldn't leave her alone. Do you suppose we are biased by our differing genders?
-
Do you still have both hands?

Please recommend me a good freefly tunnel coach in Perris and Eloy

How would a person contact him? Through your bodyflight website? And also, please, share with me the answer to an EXTREMELY important question: how did you get pink font? -
I hope you are wrong about that.

That's why I quit journaling many years ago, except I used to keep a "Mother's Journal" that told all the funny things my daughter said & did as she was growing up. That's an awesome thing to sit back and read even to this day. I try not to vent too much, although I am guilty of doing so sometimes. But you're right, it only makes me angry again, and I'm only hurting myself with the anger. Still learning every day.......
