Nope! And I sure am glad I didn't that time.. The winds were howling.. I would have dropped the tube and it would have been a Lisa recovering it. We were even debating as to whether to take the tube up given the possibility of having to drop it.. I think I am a little more conscious at opening time when I have the tube.. You tend to get really in tune at times like that. If you look at my body position right after pitching, I'm not consciously thinking about it but I am doing a ton of stuff to compensate for the drag of the tube to keep level and not spin. That tends to be a problem when you have a large base.. If anything happens on exit, it takes so long to rebuild, the jumps is over by the time the base gets "up to speed" so to speak. So... what were you guys trying to build, anyway? 5 belly fliers with 5 hangers?

Sounds like an excellent plan.. You might even want to hold onto that big Spectre for a while for traveling to unfamiliar dzs or boogies.. ok.. so just a reminder.. all boogie long.. I will be doing hybrids.. if there are at least 3 people interested, we'll do them. As the boogie rolls along, I'll have a good idea of each person's skills and they'll get bigger. There are 2 goals.. first and most important is to help everyone learn and improve on their hybrid skills.. never hung before? we'll give it a shot on a little one.. wanna try stinging? here is your opportunity.. As they start to get larger, we will go to your strongest abilities.. Secondly, we need to do something bigger than that measely 6-way we did in Davis..
