My son has a Gopro, I'll just mess around with this one probably end up in a drawer too! Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

Not sure of the model number can't find it but can post a couple pic's. My son used it once last year skiing and it was set on a narrow veiw and I wasn't very impressed with the video. Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

has anyone tried this type of video camera? I know that it isn't quite the wide angle that the Gopro is but any feed back on it would be appreciated. Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

I just think that the actual "feel" and experience in real situations goes a long way. The guy that taught me to fly put me into attitudes to demonstrate his point. It is very difficult for anyone to be told something and when it actually is in that configuration be able to correlate the "learning" what they were told, with the actual feeling they are expieriencing. I.E. The grave yard spiral. Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

perhaps this is the result of the way they train pilots now. the fast track system that gets them into the seat at 400hrs, we don't want any stinking pilots with outside expierience that earned it the hard way! then spend 95% of their time on auto-pilot. so when someone asks for a gear check, what do you inspect? what do you look at? And I do look at other peoples gear when I am on a ride up. Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

A cop was having a rather slow night so he goes and parks in a parking lot across from a local pub and begins watching to see who comes out. At about 1:15 Am a fellow come pouring out the door stumbling and has to use the wall to stay upright. As the inebrieted fellow starts bouncing from car to car it seems he finally finds his car and as the cop watches the man takes several minutes to get his keys out and get the door to his vehicle open, the man gets into his car and soon the blinker comes on then the windshield wipers, on the off, finally the car lurches forward and makes a sweeping wide turn out onto the road. the officer leaps into action and pulls behind the car and turns his lights on, the car pulls over and the normal routine for the the officer ensues, license, registration etc. when he gets to please step out of the car the mane complies and the officer arrests him and gives him a breath-alyser which comes up 0.00, the officer has him blow again and it still comes up 0.00. the officer has a confused look on his face and the man asks what is wrong and the cop says something is wrong, it device keeps showing 0.00. The man says maybe I can explain that, I am the designated decoy! the cop looks back torwards the now empty parking lot at the bar.... I ski and board both, if I go fast and tree's I use skiis. As for falling you need to not catch your self with your palms, make a fist, less impact on the wrist, hands aren't being bent backwards. Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

As a pilot I've never made an adjustment while flying for the Coriolis effect, but then again I've never flown an F-14 at 1,000 knots from the equator to the north pole in still air. __________________________________________________ Maybe an SR 71

Just can't throw you off can I

So if a parachute is pointed straight north on opening no corrections will have to be made considering the wing flies true as the air is actually moving with the rotation of the earths rotation to remain "still" Experience is a difficult teacher, she gives you the test first and the lesson afterward

might try asking your instructors if you can try this, when do your count bring your right knee up and when you leave snap your leg straight back and this may help straighten your legs out and give you a bit more stability on exit.
