i'm sort of a book snob. my "home library" is currently at about 800 volumes (pretty small compared to some of my friends) but I'll only buy new books. I can't stand having used stuff that is dirty or frumpled. I sort of have this quasi-fetish w/ the feel and smell of a new book... i have to pick it up and open the binding, hear it crack for the first time, and smell the print and the glue holding it together. oh it's like heaven.

aw, those are sweet! the tramp crip is quite nice, as is the sit and saw. I was hoping that they hadn't discontinued the Zonkos Pneumatic tongue stapler, but I guess after they came out with all the kids piercings, it just faded away. ah hell, I just use the staple gun from the hardware store. and when the kids don't hold still and try to run away, the thing shoots staples like 20 feet! oh, and pneumatic nail guns are great too! esp. when the kids won't stay in time out, just POP POP, one nail in each foot, problem solved . of course a portable air compressor is needed then too. If you're a liberal or a lefty, you needn't apply, I can probably guess how you feel... As for me, the jury is still out... I don't fall so neatly into the right-wing box (see the recent thread on the illegality of feeding the homeless, or threads on the death penalty for examples), but my leanings are more to the right.
