Like I said before, few people knew where I lived!!! I always partied elsewhere! I'm not sure why you put "friends" in quotation marks. I met many people at bars...as things go with college, some of us have drifted apart, but some of them I'm still in contact with. I'm not sure how me meeting friends of friends at a bar is any different than me meeting them at a barbeque. I've made friends with males and females at bars. I think it's because many people can relate. No one is perfect. Some people are a little too trusting. What if he would've gone on a date with her first? Would that have gotten sympathy from people? Whether someone flips out on you after first meeting them or a few months down the road, it sucks either way. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

I don't think anyone is denying that! But, if I never gave my number to some people that I met in bars (most were friends of friends), I wouldn't have met nearly as many cool people as I did in college. Also, who's to say that she wouldn't have done all that if they would've have slept together? I've had guys calling me 10 times in a day after meeting them after just kissing them. ehhh....don't worry about it! I don't think you guys really did anything "wrong." It's a learning lesson! Many people have stories like that (maybe not as extreme.) College can be a crazy time like that.... My one girlfriend dated a guy, broke up, and then he started staring at her from her window while she was sleeping. Ahhh...college.... I had one guy tell me "Look into your eyes!!! You have no soul!!!!!!!!" Then, he chased me around the frat telling me to dance with him. I never called one guy back (hey, it was Freshman year of college), and he must've gotten pretty mad about it because him and his frat brothers went around all night basically calling me evil and saying the punishment I deserved.... Ahhh....frat guys. "It's okay, you can touch it." "Dem are nice." Oh, all the great pick up lines and the craziness. I also made a guy get on his knees and beg to dance with me and my friends in front of his frat brothers (once again...Freshman year...) I never really miss that part of college much! Slip and slides have the tube that you connect the hose to so that water is constantly being sprayed evenly on it. Tarps work and all, but you have to connect them together, blah blah blah. I like buying things all ready for me! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

Does anyone else just love slip and slides? Now that it's getting warm out, I really want to go on a slip and slide. I haven't gone on one since college, but it was always a favorite activity of mine when I was a young kid (my parents would never get a pool!) Do any dzs have one set up to play on?
